Nikki Novack here for Young Hollywood on a very chilly red carpet. We are at the biggest party of the year. It is the Direct TV party. I can't stay, I gotta go. Jay-Z's about to perform. We're asking everybody tonight on the carpet how long it took you to get ready. It took me a solid two hours to get ready.

Yeah, actually.

Oh, was that like a relaxed two hours or?

It was very relaxed. I got, uh, ready a little bit earlier than I planned and, um, I had time to just kind of, like, wipe my makeup and smudge it and kind of like f myself up a little bit. So, yeah, you know, I like when it's a little bit quicker. Second guest: Well, it took me about an hour and a half.

You look, I mean, and that's not a long time, actually. That's not that bad. Second guest: You don't think so? No. Hopefully I did okay. Time and me and we don't get along. I don't know how, like, some It's like a tunnel. I'll do my makeup. I don't, like, it's not to look good, but I'll miss the whole party because I get lost in like, the fun of it. You're like, what does this do? Oh, wow. Okay. It's like costume. It's fun.

Who took longer to get ready? Second guest: I did. Yes. But guys are starting to embrace that getting red, taking long. He's just as long.

No, I exfoliate. No, I I have my oh, I have my uh Clarisonic going, the whole thing. I'm not playing. This is this is my business. This is my thing. You know, I get the steamer, I'm all good. I I get the lotions, I got my Kiehl's working. I ain't playing with it.

Anything, like, when you come and do a red carpet that you have to always have with you or like something you have to do before you go out.

Um, to have with me, I always have Laura Mercier powder, the HD powder. Like that white. It's a life saver. Yeah. If you're nervous and like getting, you know, it's it's amazing. When in doubt, like, lashes. And so, you know, if you have skin problems or whatever, just lashes and a little lip. And the rest is history. Second guest: I I always have to have a lip gloss and a hair brush because I I always touch my hair and I feel like I touch it too much that it becomes like stringy and greasy, so I need to make sure it's all sitting in the right spot.

And how excited are you to see Jay-Z? We think Beyoncé's going to perform.

Can't wait. Really? I'm the biggest Jay-Z fan. Yes.

Do you think Beyoncé's gonna take the stage? I mean, do you think I've never seen Beyoncé perform. I would just, like, cry myself to sleep. Yeah, one to ten, how excited are you about Jay-Z?

Um, ten. I'll be even more excited if Beyoncé's out there with him.

Everybody's talking about it, do you think it's gonna happen?

I hope so. I have no idea if it will, but I hope so. Everybody's kind of expecting it to happen. I would love it to happen.

Who could come on stage tonight and perform with Jay-Z that you think would be like the ultimate duo?

Beyoncé, of course.

Okay, I almost think I should say besides Beyoncé.

Besides Beyoncé, Drake would be kind of cool with with Jay-Z, right? Pharrell, maybe. Second guest: Beyoncé. His wife. Thank you. Wife. We're waiting for We're hopefully it's a surprise tonight. Last year. Last year, when Justin Timberlake performed at his party, Jay-Z came out of nowhere. So, I think it's gonna be the same thing.

Be cool to see Kanye West come out. Be cool to see, uh, Pharrell come out. I love Frank Ocean, Alo Black, Arcade Fire, and My Morning Jacket, but those are like not in the same category. So, if they took the stage together, that'd be super weird. Daft Punk also would just join in. Second guest: I think Justin Timberlake would be amazing, obviously. Uh, Kanye. Madonna. I mean, I don't know. I wouldn't mind if Madonna showed up tonight.

I, you know, I'd like to see Rihanna. I mean, uh, Yeah. Beyoncé would be awesome. Second guest: Robin Thicke? Robin Thicke would be cool. I do love Miley Cyrus. She's fun to watch. I have to say, yeah.
