6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools
We may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence and machine-learning tools, to assist with content moderation, spam and fraud detection, security, analytics, captioning, transcription, search, recommendations, personalization, customer support, ad measurement, and internal operations.
We do not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects about you without appropriate notice and rights required by law. We do not authorize third parties to use non-public personal information collected through the Service to train general-purpose generative AI models unless we disclose that use and have an appropriate legal basis or consent. We may process public content, User Content, and aggregated or deidentified information to operate, protect, analyze, and improve the Service, subject to our Terms of Service and applicable law.
We prohibit unauthorized scraping, AI training, synthetic media creation, voice cloning, face cloning, and digital replica activity as described in our Terms of Service.

In the past 12 months, we may have disclosed the categories of personal information listed above to service providers, contractors, affiliates, advertising and analytics partners, business partners, social media platforms, professional advisors, legal authorities, and transaction parties for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising, analytics, and similar technologies may be considered a sale or sharing under the CCPA. In the past 12 months, we may have sold or shared identifiers, commercial information, internet or electronic network activity information, geolocation information, and inferences with advertising, analytics, measurement, and identity partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, analytics, and ad measurement.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 where we have actual knowledge of age. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under the CCPA unless we provide the required notice and choice.
13.5 California Rights
Subject to legal limitations, California residents may have the right to:
- know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about them;
- know the categories of sources, purposes, and third parties involved in collection, use, disclosure, sale, or sharing;

California residents may request information about our disclosure of certain personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes under California's Shine the Light law. 14. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

15. Nevada Privacy Rights
Nevada residents may have the right to opt out of certain sales of covered information. We do not currently sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. Nevada residents may submit requests to legal@younghollywood.com.
16. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Young Hollywood is the controller of your personal information unless otherwise stated.

19. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a Do Not Track signal. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Where required by law, we honor valid opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as described above.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date above. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice.
