Riverdale Star Lili Reinhart's Favorite Bughead Scene

Totally. I love, I love her. I love all of it. I'm not trying to copy her but I just felt very much like, oh, it's something she would wear maybe. I don't know. I'm flattering myself maybe by saying that.

No, you gotta compliment yourself. It's self love, you know.

So let's talk about Riverdale. So much has happened on the show since we saw you last. What's been your favorite scene or moment for Betty so far?

Okay, well, I can't talk about it, but I just in the finale, I just filmed my actual favorite scene I filmed on the show. Um, with Lockland, actually. So Betty and Hal. Betty and Hal scene. It was like one of my favorite just a per-like just a wonderfully written scene.

So if you were friends with Betty in real life, what advice would you give her for what's about to happen?

I would say, "Maybe you should take a break." Like, you know, just maybe like go out of town for a sec. Yeah. She did go to a cabin and that turned out great. I would just tell her to calm down. Well, obviously it's kinda hard to in that situation. I just wanna give her a hug and like pay for her to get like some massages, like a facial, like this girl needs a break. I hope she gets a break sometime soon, but probably not gonna happen.

No, 'cause that would make for good TV, right?

Yeah. make for good TV but also people like to see Betty happy. People like to see all of these characters happy, so it's it's kinda like a delicate balance but

Well, speaking of Betty being happy, you know that the Young Hollywood fans love Bughead, literally obsessed. So, what would you say is your favorite Bughead scene so far?

I think the scene that actually just aired where he asks her to run with him for the student council election was very, was very sweet and kind of like a very Bughead empowering moment. And it kinda stings the heart a little bit when, you know, when Betty was like, "There is no me and V" or whatever she says. Um, which is, you know, I'm not crazy about that. When they fight, it doesn't, you know, it's not good to see that happen, but it was a good Bughead moment of them coming together as a duo. The powerful duo that they are.

And as I'm sure you, you know, you as Betty and you as Lily inspire so many people every day. So, I wanna know if you could give the Young Hollywood fans some advice to stay confident.

We're all dealing with our own stuff. I mean, you know, someone, your idol that you look up to, you know, if people look up to me, uh, I still wake up in the morning and feel like I have flaws and have confidence issues and, you know, we're all working through something.
