Nick Jonas eyes career as a West End mogul

Pop star Nick Jonas is hoping to add musical producer to his impressive resume - he is planning to create a hit West End stage show.

The former Jonas Brothers singer has his sights set on producing and starring in a new theatre musical after his stint on the London stage for Les Miserables in 2010.

He tells British newspaper the Daily Star, "I'm trying to buy the rights to a story that already exists and I want to turn that into a musical but is very hard... (Performing in) the West End was one of the best experiences of my life. I think I'd want to write the show and be part of the original cast next time, because coming into a show is very tough."
