Very funny lady. She is one funny lady. A national treasure. And you can claim that, even though she's Australian.

Exactly, it's not our nation. But just just take it. Just take it. My nation. I hate you. I hate you. I'm going to walk in wearing my pajamas, like a Michael Jackson. Ah, sometimes I'm funny. My family always says, "Ah, you're not funny." Sometimes They they must they must have high standards of funny. Yeah, cuz I mean movies, I would like to visit them. Right. TV shows, work professionally as a comedian. But you're still not funny to them. Yeah, to them, I'm just not not funny.

You're pretty crazy in the movie. Yeah. Um, which obviously, not in life at all. No. And very sensible in life. So that must have been amazing for you to act out that part.

I think we might be met for each other. And I'm not kidding. This guy, Look, and it's not just because we have like the greatest sex, I Whoa. I play Becky. He's part of a group of four friends. Right. The other lovely ladies, Kirsten Dunst, Isla Fisher, and Lizzie Caplan.

Ugly cast.

Yeah. Yeah. Horrible to look at. But my character, Becky, is kind of like the fourth wheel to the other three girls. Right. She's not as cool. I know when I first met all the girls, when we did a table read before we started filming, I did feel like I was like the most uncool cuz those girls are super cool.

I think you're the coolest out of the bunch. And I'm not just saying that. I will gladly say to each one of them when they sit on the side. Really? I am wearing a T-shirt with a bear on it. It's a it's a great bear. I hope everyone can see that. You definitely can see that. That's definitely a bear. It's got a bear on it, and it's got jewels. Bear chest. Yeah. And you're a bridesmaid.

Yes. A very bad one at that. Yes, terrible.

Um, have you ever been a bridesmaid?

Have. You have? And a maid of honor for my sister. Yes.

Wow. Wow. And that went down better, obviously.

It did. Uh, being a maid of honor is very very hard work. They don't tell you that you're basically just the bride's assistant. And when that bride is your sister, then she really uh forces that role. It was really fun to film because we shot on location in New York. Right. Um, and a lot of it in a hotel. So we like just running wild throughout the hotel. As your plan. Yeah. That's good run. Yeah, it's good run. Yeah, that's just how I do. That's Ah, filming. I actually got my DNA tested, and I have the athletic gene.

Is this is this true?

Yeah, this is true. This is true. Yeah. Okay. It cost $600. You can get this done. To get your DNA tested, and they look for certain things, like, of course, like bad stuff, like if you have any diseases or

It wasn't just to find out if you could be an Olympian.

Yeah. But I have the elite athlete gene. Wow. Most people who are elite athletes have. You You lick the sidewalk, I'll let it go. I'm a little like like a cat like Like a cat like

But this movie, it's going to be it's on demand. It's on demand now. You can see this movie, which is amazing.

It is. Yes, there is demand for it. There is demand for it.

It must make you feel amazing.

It makes me feel pretty good. They can watch it in the comfort of their own homes, which I like to see as an appetizer course. To then when you go to the theater to watch it for the second, third, and tenth time.

You're getting greedy, Lizzie. I just I just need a repeat performance from the audience on this one. You're getting greedy. And you used to hallucinate. Is this right? Because I have to be careful. I don't know with your You used to hallucinate that you were going to win an Oscar.

Well, what happened, not in my regular everyday life. I wouldn't hallucinate, cuz that would be mental. But uh, what happened is that I was living in Africa, and I got malaria really bad. Malaria is like crazy ass

That's not good. It's worse than the cold.

Yeah. It's pretty bad. You feel like you're here, but your body's over there. Right. And so I was in hospital, of course, cuz you could die if you didn't get professional medical treatment.

And you did get professional medical.

So I did, and but as part of the treatment, they give you all these drugs. And so you're just kind of there hallucinating. And I hallucinated that I was an actress, and that was really good. And that I won an Oscar. And I went up on the stage, and instead of giving a speech, I did an acceptance rap.

Brilliant. And Can you remember it?

I kind of can remember it, because the hallucination was so real. I was in hospital for two weeks just going ah, thinking I was like a brilliant actress the whole time. It's brilliant. And I and I got up at the Oscars and was like when the award, and I was like, "Yeah, listen up, y'all. I got something to say. It's about this award that I won today." And I was like, and it keeps going. It is brilliant. And the crowd loved it cuz at the Oscars, people are quite serious. And when I came out of my hallucinogenic state, I started saying to everyone, "I'm going to be an actress," and I was 18 at the time. And people are like, "Why?" You're big. It had really kicked in. Yeah, people thought my brain had really got messed up.

But thanks for coming in. And Bachelorette, yeah, it's really a it's really just a special movie, isn't it? Everyone should see it for the for the fact of funny, Lizzie and Rebel, and Kirsten and the really ugly group of girls that are in the film. Yes. Hideous hideous monsters, and the guys are really unattractive too. Yeah, I didn't didn't like that. Didn't like that.
