Must be really exciting for you, being a newbie.

Yeah, yeah, I've had a I've had a blast, you know.

I'm really enjoying the whole kind of wild ride.

I mean, Twilight, being a part of such a crazy brand.

Yeah.

I mean, you just took a step.

I'm kind of curious about this stuff.

Well, you took a step of it, nothing crazy happened, I don't think, not yet.

Oh, if I turn into a vampire throughout the course of this interview, it's uh, just blame it on the vitamin water.

I thought you were amazing in it.

You and Victoria played a really good There was a really good dynamic there.

Yeah, yeah, I mean, it's not a very healthy relationship, though, to be honest, you know.

It's pretty much like every relationship in L. A.

Those newborns were hectic.

I heard that you and Victoria, um, studied some YouTube clips to figure out the perfect way to kiss.

Is this true?

Well, it's kind of like I mean, it's written there.

We both read it in the script and we're like, "Okay."

So, I think I think the worst case is if you rock up on set and you're not prepared for it, you know, and then you kind of like

The awkward kiss.

Yeah, the awkward kiss.

Nobody likes to look at that.

No, you don't want a chip tooth, you know.

No, preferably not.

So, we kind of we kind of talked about it.

We kind of uh pulled up all these uh the best kisses in cinematic history.

So, it's it's a kind of um an amalgamation of that whole

Whatever you went with, you did a great job.

So, you had a lot of fun on the set.

Did you Are you good friends with the other castmates?

Yeah, I mean, we we got to know each other really well, and I was kind of warmly welcomed into the whole Twilight family, which was really cool, and yeah, it's just kind of cool to to meet a whole bunch of different people on the other side of the planet who who sort of share a lot in common with, you know.

So, all the way from Australia to the U. S. making your mark with Twilight.
