Did you ever think when you were in Kids Incorporated, you were gonna be running a label? I didn't even know that. No.

I had no idea of that. I just was excited to be there and I knew I wanted to be a singer. And an entertainer. So that's all I knew. And I never knew that I would be in a girl group called Wild Orchid. I never knew that I would be in a group called Black Eyed Peas, be a host of The Four, shoe brand collaborator, partner, have a vineyard.

So what's it like hosting now for this this show? Tell me about The Four. What is The Four?

The Four is this new singing competition show. Okay. And the premise is we start with the best, the four best. And on those seats, they have their own seats with rings around them. Each week, challengers come on to try to dethrone one of the four. But they have to perform first and impress our panel in order to get a chance to move on to get that challenge. And our panel is DJ Khaled, Sean Diddy Combs, Meghan Trainor. I'm up there with these challengers and you hear their stories and you just really fall in love with them and I'm kind of like I'm like the mommy up there. I'm like the mother, if you will. So I I'm up there and I'm really I'm an artist too. So I've been there and so I'm up there, you know, with when the panel gives a tough commentary, I really feel I really catch feelings with these these artists around me whether it be one of the four defending their seat or whether it be a challenger that's just come on and really blown us all away. And it's it's very exciting. We

How are you doing all this you just released an album. I mean, you I don't know. You How do you do that? And Wait, why did it take you so it took you a long time to make the album. You you said it. It's been blood, sweat, and tears to make this album. Oh my gosh. Tell me why.

Yeah. It's just a it was a lot. I just poured my heart and soul into it. Very emotional, very personal, but yet sometimes very silly and very fun, but I still put a lot of effort into it. It's not like one of those ones that it's I'm trying to act like I'm not trying. I was trying really hard. But uh did a video for every song. Oh my God, the video the video for MILF. And

Yeah, that was a fun one 'cause it was a lot of a lot of girl power in the building. You know, I'm a mom. I'm usually like a vintage t-shirt and yoga pants at home or, you know, I'm running around working from home. But then, you know, for that weekend we had a few days shoot and we all just poured, you know, milk on ourselves and had a blast with it all. For you. Whoopsie. It was amazing to hang out with you.
