What's up? I'm Debby Ryan and we're going to be playing the game of firsts. First time I fell in love. There's so many different versions of this. I I loved my bunny. And then I I met a cute boy. And then I thought I loved that person, but we held hands for two weeks and then never talked again. And then I fell in real love. I think that real love is the one that changes you, and it sticks. First time you were recognized in public? I had done promos after I like auditioned for Suite Life several times and then moved to LA to do it and was shooting it. We shot these promos, which was like, I'm an acting and my dream came true and now I'm going to be on this show.

And like a week after those came out, I was at the movie theater. And a really cute guy who had no business talking to me, like came up and looked at me and was like, Hi. And I was like, ah. And he was like, You're the girl from Disney Channel. And I was like, uh, yeah. Yeah, that's me. Um, and then I just I had nothing to offer conversationally about it because I had no idea what to do. I didn't know to be like scared or excited or find validate It just was like, oh, you know that too. Like I know that that's what I do, but you're a stranger and you know that too. That's cool.

And also, I I did an Idog Amped commercial when I was 12 or 13, and uh, a kid who at the end of sixth grade, whose name I won't say because you don't deserve it, knocked all of my books out of my hand in front of everyone and laughed and knew. Like I remember he made fun of me because I just come from Germany and whatever. So they just books everywhere and he was so mean and so rude. And two years later, guess it was a fan of my Idog Amped commercial. That guy. First person you are starstruck over? I think Brenda Song. I grew up watching her on miscellaneous shows and that was fine. But when Wendy Wu Homecoming Warrior came out and she kicked such butt.

I remember being like, I want to do that. I want to be that. And then I had my audition for Suite Life, my like final round audition and she was in there. And Dylan and Cole were like the cute heart throbs and like, you know, I had posters of them and stuff, but Brenda came in and she was just so classy and composed and she was wearing aviator sunglasses inside. And she was wearing a shirt that had like just the bottom of Minnie Mouse on it. Like her face was Minnie Mouse's face. And she walked in and I was like, You're a Disney Channel. Um, that was I just was embarrassed just talking about that. First celebrity crush.

My first real celebrity crush was Hector Zoroni, Cleo Thomas Zero from Holes. I was about it. That was the first person that I ever like flipped through my before social media, I don't know if you guys know. Before social media, the only way to like contact a person that you had seen on TV was in the back of a Teen magazine. They would have like Disney Channel's address. And so I would flip to the back and I would like find the address of where to send a letter and then carefully construct a letter and then be like, stupid, stupid, stupid. And then just like redo it and be like, I made you this picture and then mailed it to him.

Um, and I never heard back, which was kind of hurtful, but it's okay. We all forgive and forget. First paranormal experience if you've ever had one. I remember like laying in bed and being like very, very scared. And being like, if anyone is here that I'm not looking at right now and seeing, like, if you're there, uh, could you just protect me? And I felt this like overwhelming peace that I'd never experienced because I experienced like anxious and shy as a kid. And then like a few weeks later, my friends were telling ghost stories and I was like, Hold on. What are the differences between angels and ghosts? And so I just like got really into it. And now all I do is watch alien documentaries.

First kiss story. What's my first kiss story? Boys are so stupid. That's my official comment. My first kiss story was that I dated a boy that I like held hands with in the hallway because someone that I did theater with told me that he liked me. And then like three weeks into our relationship, we were like, we should try kissing. And then he kissed me and I was like, while we kissed. And then, uh, I'm pretty sure I broke up with him not long after that because he told someone and I was like, What? That's no one's business. And it remains nobody's business.
