Young Hollywood

What's happening, Young Hollywood? I am with the Marvels Runaways cast today. Look at all these people. You're so good looking all together. You're all such a beautiful group.

Gregg Sulkin

Oh, thank you. I will take it. Thank you.

Guest

We don't we don't really look like this every day. Greg does though.

Gregg Sulkin

Greg. Yes, yes. Speak for yourself. No.

Guest

Yeah, Greg's like, "I woke up like this."

Gregg Sulkin

Thank you very much. Yeah, with frosted tips, so artsy. Thank you very much. It was an artistic decision. Nick Carter was not just my inspiration.

Young Hollywood

So, tell me about how you guys originally met.

Guest

We're saying that uh the screen test, I think right afterwards, we all went out to a dinner. We knew that we needed to make it happen, this chemistry between the cast. So, uh we we we revealed some secrets right afterwards.

Young Hollywood

Did you do like a 21 questions game?

Guest

Yeah, we actually might well have. We did. We might have well have been. We might have done like a two truths and a lie situation. So we played like a little game to get to know each other.

Young Hollywood

Oh yeah. Well, you guys, tell us something that you learned about someone on this side of the couch from the 21. You can choose anyone.

Guest

This one's your friend. We even talk about that. It got deep. We yeah, we touched on the superficial things, but then we really understood that by the end of the dinner that we have issues.

Young Hollywood

So you're going to give us something juicy about someone over here.

Guest

Oh yeah. Uh Renzy. Uh no, I actually don't have anything about to say about Renzy apart from uh he's like my brother in some ways and annoying like a brother. Yeah. So yeah, so that's that's Renzy.

Guest

I have a good one about someone on that side.

Young Hollywood

Okay, what?

Guest

Lyrica was on the national uh gymnastics team for rhythmic gymnastics.

Guest

We need to see it. It's so good. She's hella flexible.

Guest

I was. You can tell by the bun. I I used to do this a lot.

Young Hollywood

So, on your new project for Marvels, of course, you have something to do with superheroes, right? If you could each choose one superpower to have in real life, what would it be?

Guest

I've recently embraced the power of shapeshifting. I think it's very convenient, especially as an actor. They'll call you the ultimate transformative actor. You don't even have to be method.

Guest

You took mine. I love shapeshifting. If I didn't have to do shapeshifting, I would do flying. Definitely.

Guest

For me, I uh have lived on my own now since I was 17 and and a few years later, I still hate laundry. So I would love to be able to like click my fingers and then make the laundry. The annoying thing is like the individual socks. I hate pairing individual socks. So if I could just go like, "Boom, boom, boom," and all my socks could just join.

Guest

You feel like Cinderella.

Guest

Oh, that would yeah, the male version.

Guest

I'm a huge dog lover, so I think like how Gert can communicate with her dinosaur, I wish I could like understand. I feel like I can understand what my dog is feeling at almost all times, but I wish I really had that like strong psychic connection to my dog, Levi.

Guest

Ginny's dog, Levi, is like our Runaways mascot.

Guest

Oh Yeah, he is. He is.

Young Hollywood

I would love to know what the dog is. What kind of dog is he?

Guest

He's like a Cocker Spaniel, Pekingese, Toy Poodle mix, but his like defining characteristic is his underbite. You've got this big underbite.

Guest

Oh, he's a precious angel. He's the best.

Gregg Sulkin

I've uh I've thought about mine a lot. The the I would control time. If I could control time, look, there's so many things. We're not going to get super into it, but it's there. That's if you think about it, you use a lot with that. You'd never be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Never.

Guest

I think I'd want a power that could allow me to just instantly make food any time. Really good food.

Guest

Yeah, all the time on demand.

Guest

All the time. Yeah.

Young Hollywood

Love it. All right, so I would assume that playing a superhero wouldn't be that easy. Maybe I'm wrong. But how do you prepare for this role?

Gregg Sulkin

One thing I personally learned was uh after using my fist to guns, uh at the end of the season, our producer, our lovely producer, Emma, comes over. She goes, "Greg, you do realize you're not meant to make the sound effects."

Guest

Wait, all you were telling me this that Greg does this?

Guest

Oh so it's been a running joke. I knew it.

Guest

Oh, it's been a running joke. I'm the only one who's witnessed it.

Guest

You're good. You're the one who outed yourself.

Young Hollywood

What does it sound like?

Gregg Sulkin

He goes, he goes,

Guest

It's so good.

Guest

Is that true?

Gregg Sulkin

It's more of like No. Now the hardest thing about uh me was the hair. Growing this out for a long period of time for like a good two-month period, just look like I was a kid out of the '70s. Just like no, it's just like a weird mini Afro stage. I like it now, but for a while there, it wasn't it wasn't iconic.

Guest

Seriously. Iconic is perfect.

Guest

Yeah, it is iconic.

Young Hollywood

All right, guys. Well, to toss out the interview, can we do our best superhero faces? Okay. All right. But on three, right? Okay, ready? Is everyone ready?

Guest

Yeah.

Guest

Can I one second please?

Young Hollywood

Sure.

Guest

Doing everything.

Guest

Are we really taking this seriously?

Guest

I have no idea what's going on.

Guest

We're not taking this seriously.

Young Hollywood

Are you ready? Okay, ready? One, two, three.
