Hey guys, it's Audrey in the Young Hollywood studio. You know her as Veronica in Riverdale. But she's more commonly known as Camila Mendes.

Yes, what's up? Hi.

Okay, can we talk about the dark hair? The dark hair. Yes. Dark hair power.

My hair is normally not this dark. They dye it for the show.

I love it. It looks so. They make it darker than it already was. Are you embracing it?

I am. I like it. But you know, I miss the, I miss the brown. I miss just that little hue brown.

How many, how much lighter is it? Right now? Yeah. No no no. your your natural brown hair.

Oh, not that much. I mean, it's just like a dark brown. Okay. But but this is like blue black. Yeah. It feels like Arch. I like it. It's perfect. It's darker, you know. I feel like more like edgy.

I told you at WonderCon that I'm obsessed with your eyebrows. I know that sounds really creepy, but I know that I am not the only one.

I mean, I used to I used to pluck them a lot and then now I've just kind of I'm letting them grow into it. Cole said he's growing out a unibrow and I was like, maybe I'll grow one out too. You guys should have come to the show. Maybe we'll maybe we'll start a trend.

Yes. I feel like if there's anyone who's starting a trend, it would be the cast of Riverdale for sure.

I would love to be the leader of the Monobrow.

You guys are doing so well. Uh, did you expect that there would be this kind of fan frenzy around the show when you signed on?

I mean, it's one of those shows that kind of calls for like a big like cult fanbase, but you never know when you release a show. You just have no idea if it's going to be a big hit or not. So I'm very glad that we've had a lot of positive feedback.

So, I just want to pit this to you. Are you a Jughead or are you an Archie? Betty and Veronica. That's too easy. Like, but I want to know with the boy.

But Jughead and Archie is too hard. I feel like I'm neither. I was never like a sporty, I'm more of a Kevin to be honest. I guess a Jughead, but I was never an outsider either in high school. Okay. Actually, I was, I guess I was an Archie.

You were an Archie. You were a jock.

A little bit. I wasn't a jock. I was just kind of like friends with everyone. You know what I mean? Yeah. Yeah. Just kind of. But I wasn't as clueless as he was. I think I had a better idea of what I wanted.

I want to play a little game with you that we've been doing with everybody who's come into this studio. It's called Riverdale Rapid Fire. So your your co-stars have done this already. Um, we went to a pool party yesterday. Oh. I mean, I don't know. We just we just do normal we haven't know. We go to like shopping and eat food and just hang out. Normal friend stuff. We self tape with each other. She's my self tape buddy.

I just almost like made a left where you were couldn't go left. You know what I mean? Like I like it was a one-way street. But I never actually did it.

Where you made, you went down the wrong way on a one-way street.

I almost did. I was like waiting to go left and he's like, you can't make a left turn. I was like, oh right. But it was like 5:00 in the morning. We were driving to set. Like it was. You know. What's his problem then? He's just yeah, no. No.

All right. Well, most likely to have the most secrets.

Um, that's a good one. Cole.

I think KJ's the that too. Yeah. I could be wrong, but that's Yeah. He's full of secrets. We don't know what he's hiding in that beanie.

No. We don't know what he's hiding. Child stars always have secrets, you know. It just comes with the territory.

Ooh. We have to find out what the You have to find out what those secrets are and then come back and report them.

What else can we expect from this show because I feel like there's so many twists and turns?

I mean, you can definitely expect more twists and turns. Yeah. It's hard for me to, you know, every time we do get interviewed, we always joke about how hard it is to talk about the show without ruining things. You know what I mean? Because there's so many almost every five minutes there's like a new reveal. Mhm. So whenever we're like trying to talk about it, we're like, oh, wait. No, I can't say that. Um and then we just end up giving very like vague answers and people are like, okay. Right. Yeah. Yeah. And then that's when all the fan theories kind of go nuts. Yes. And we kind of want them to go nuts, you know, we want them we want to hear their theories.
