Mamrie Hart

I'm wearing a little like mini tiara. These are for you. I don't want to like mess up your hair, but if you want to wear them.

Young Hollywood

Yes. Oh, sorry.

Mamrie Hart

No, no. Please. I'll find this one.

Young Hollywood

Oh. Wow. That looks really good. You look pretty cute too. Guys. This is awesome. Hey guys. It's Tracy in the Young Hollywood studio and I am with the trio that I am just so excited to like be a part of right now. Yes. It's like friendship goals.

Hannah Hart

Yeah. It's a quatro.

Mamrie Hart

Yeah. That's sweet.

Young Hollywood

Yeah. You just said like goof troop hours like about to happen, right?

Hannah Hart

Yeah, we're on very minimal sleep. So we have a huge case of the sillies happening.

Grace Helbig

Yeah, we are delirious. Yes.

Hannah Hart

Um no, but dirty 30, let's talk about just like party themed movies are the best.

Grace Helbig

They really are. And I feel like there are so many good ones in the 80s. There are a handful of good ones when we were in high school like can't hardly wait and all those. But I still go to house parties. I throw parties. So why not have them, you know, for our age.

Hannah Hart

Yeah, you threw a house party two weeks ago.

Grace Helbig

I did. I decided the day of. Yeah. And it was great. It was a rager.

Young Hollywood

Was it themed? Cuz you do a lot of like themed parties.

Grace Helbig

It was. I was having a bad day so I decided to throw myself a pity party. Yeah. Yeah. I was having some like, you know, dude problems. And I was like I'm throwing a pity party tonight. And it worked out. It worked out.

Hannah Hart

But how did you console her? I got really drunk in her honor. That's how I consoled her. Much like how Evee and Charlie consoled Kate in the excellent new movie Dirty 30.

Grace Helbig

Your profile said you work in the film industry. That's cool.

Hannah Hart

I'm working at take two video.

Grace Helbig

Oh God no. My ex-boyfriend just walked through the door. You want to make him really jealous.

Hannah Hart

No, that's not at all what I want.

Grace Helbig

Permission to touch the shoulder.

Hannah Hart

No.

Grace Helbig

Permission to touch.

Hannah Hart

Okay, well. It's your 30th birthday. I don't want to make a big deal about it. I'm just going to be this weird, sad, lonely cat lady that sends over sexualized birthday cards.

Grace Helbig

That's right. It is your birthday in the movie.

Hannah Hart

It is my birthday. And so my character is turning 30 and she gets a letter from her 16-year-old self and realizes that her life at 30 isn't what she thought it was gonna be. And so she lets these two dum dums throw her a party and they decide to throw her exactly how they want to.

Mamrie Hart

It's true. Charlie, my character spends most of the party being incredibly competitive and challenging a very large man to a series of physical competitions.

Grace Helbig

Yes. That's true.

Hannah Hart

And Evee, my character loves throwing parties and you know, here's what Kate wants, but thinks she knows better what Kate needs. And so it's just this giant, raging, sort of uncontrollable house party.

Grace Helbig

What is happening? You crazy idiots.

Hannah Hart

Um, Evee, I think I said small and tasteful.

Grace Helbig

Ah, Kate. Small and tasteful is how you describe an Olsen twin. Not an awesome V-day blow up.

Mamrie Hart

Let's see what you got.

Grace Helbig

Wow. I didn't recognize me in my weekend look. Did you?

Hannah Hart

Have you seen that girl you hanging out with? She's super hot.

Young Hollywood

Is there any like specific themes that each of you like love if it was like any birthday?

Mamrie Hart

We were tossing around some for her. We were talking about a B-Yonce party where everyone has to be a different Yonce.

Hannah Hart

Yeah. Uh, we talked about a murder mystery because you love love a good investigation.

Grace Helbig

I love an investigation. I love a.

Hannah Hart

We can also combine the two and do a B-Yonce murder mystery party.

Grace Helbig

Yeah. Which which area of B-Yonce killed it the most?

Hannah Hart

Spoiler, all of them.

Young Hollywood

But you guys have worked together by the way on like everything. So this is not a first.

Grace Helbig

We tour together. We hang out. We're real friends.

Hannah Hart

Yeah. Can you ever really know another person?

Grace Helbig

Oh, no, here comes the.

Hannah Hart

Yeah, so you didn't like that before. Here's a new philosophical.

Young Hollywood

Everything's like food and drink related which I love with all of you guys. Yeah. You make cocktails. You make food. You do.

Grace Helbig

I just I'm alive. Yeah, I'm there. Just hanging out. It's like a sloppy domestic goddess.

Mamrie Hart

Oh, I like that. In a way.

Grace Helbig

Yeah. It could be a new collab channel. Right? Or a new cologne. All of it. Sloppy domestic goddess.

Young Hollywood

Do you have a favorite that you guys have done together? Can you even pick a favorite collab?

Grace Helbig

On YouTube, I'd say, it's called the fart sound challenge. And it's just us listening to fart noises and trying not to laugh. And it's I've done it twice. And it's just so dumb. And the best part is like Hannah just doesn't think farts are funny. And so she's just wildly uncomfortable the whole time while Maymi and I are just crying and laughing.

Hannah Hart

Yeah, it kills me. And one time I was on a flight and I'm sitting there and I just look up and the man in front of me is watching fart soundboard challenge. And I just tapped him and I went, that's me. And he was like, Oh my gosh. Like slowly turned it off.

Grace Helbig

Amazing. That's great.

Young Hollywood

Wait, like what are the odds of that's crazy.

Hannah Hart

I'm like you're watching me laugh at farts right now and I'm sitting behind you.

Grace Helbig

Yeah, you're enjoying it.

Young Hollywood

Is it weird though going from like you guys are doing these YouTube collab videos, but then you're doing a full movie?

Hannah Hart

It's different. It's very different. And it's I think we've been able to find a really great team of people to work with. Michael Goldsein, who worked with us on Camp Dakota and Dirty 30, really is great about surrounding, you know, the crew and the cast with people that are hard working, professional, but also enjoy having fun with each other and making work feel like play even though we're all working really hard.

Grace Helbig

Yeah. Yeah. No, I love the process of it. It definitely you have to practice patience. Because we're so used to immediate gratification. Because normally you put up a video and you immediately know if people like it and it's in and out, one and done.

Hannah Hart

It is different in that way because anticipation like when you're posting a video you can be like, look guys, I'm editing this right now or like oh, this just went live or I'm liking your comments. It's really active and in the moment. But with this, we've had to be sitting on how funny Dirty 30 is.

Grace Helbig

Yeah. And now now the anticipation. Yes.

Mamrie Hart

Party, party, party, party, party, party. Yeah. I can't do it like that. That was wet. Sorry.

Young Hollywood

And you wrote it, right? So, how did the whole because I know it just came about where like your friends were turning 30 and you were just like freaking out. So,

Mamrie Hart

Well some people freak out. Are you one of those, were you one of those people?

Young Hollywood

No. No midlife crisis.

Mamrie Hart

No, no, no. I was embracing it. I had one of the silliest parties of my life for my 30th. Uh, but other people around me were. And so cuz we have I mean we have weird lives. We, you know, we're for a challenge and whatnot. But in like a normal life, in like Suburbia or whatnot, you might be questioning, you know, why am I not married? Why don't I have kids? And so it's other people's story.

Young Hollywood

That makes sense. People have to realize like everyone's on different journeys.

Mamrie Hart

Exactly. Totally. Totally. I think if you're uncomfortable, if you feel like the number that goes with your age doesn't match, you should just say a different age. Like I'm always like, hey, I'm 43.

Hannah Hart

Hannah truly hates us. I just said I do every time.

Young Hollywood

Okay, so I you guys I'm sure have played you've done so many YouTube challenges like they're nonstop. But two truths and a lie and let's do party themed. So

Mamrie Hart

Oh. Party theme two truths and a lie. So like did you do something at a party or just it could be funny, embarrassing, crazy or great. I can go first.

Young Hollywood

Please.

Mamrie Hart

I got one. I'll go slowly. Okay. Two truths and a lie. I have fallen in a pool on accident. Okay. Okay. There's that. I have watched the sunrise from a swamp in Florida. Yeah. Okay. I have stolen a stool.

Grace Helbig

Oh, the first one. You've never fallen in a pool.

Hannah Hart

Never fallen in a pool.

Grace Helbig

Never fallen in a pool, you guys. I just wanted to bring that up.

Hannah Hart

Never fallen in a pool, you guys. Still time.

Grace Helbig

Never fallen in a pool. You're like, here's a very general thing and some really specific.

Hannah Hart

Never fallen in a pool. Now you guys got to do it.

Grace Helbig

Okay, me. I don't know. I can try. While you think Maymi. You guys will know this. Okay. I've tripped over a dog and had to get stitches in my forehead at a party. I've beer ponged rum. And I have let strangers cut my pants off at a party.

Hannah Hart

Oh, you never bonged rum.

Grace Helbig

Never bonged rum.

Hannah Hart

Never bonged rum. Good. Because that is dangerous. Don't do that. Don't do that. Don't do that.

Grace Helbig

Oh wow. Wow.

Young Hollywood

But don't can you give a little explanation for the letting strangers cut your pants off?

Grace Helbig

I didn't say like Okay. So everyone Yeah, everyone was doing it. It was um a New Year's Eve party and one of the things, the stick about the party host that threw it is that he would give everyone like the outfit to wear like show up in pleated pants and V-neck shirts or like Michael Jackson T-shirts and camo pants.

Grace Helbig

And then every half hour or every hour um everyone had to cut six inches off of their pants, but you couldn't cut it, a stranger had to do it for you. And then until by midnight everyone's just sitting like Yeah. Yeah. And it was really fun. Yeah. I love it. We saw way more of your guy friends thighs than you ever thought you would. Yeah, who knew?

Mamrie Hart

Well. Very pasty. Yeah. Yep, yep, yep.

Hannah Hart

Maymi. I'm not been to any cool parties I'm just realizing it I'm like none of the parties I've ever been to have been anywhere near.

Grace Helbig

You just need you just need better friends. You need a good host.

Mamrie Hart

Uh, okay. I've I've been in party and when the cops arrived, I was wearing one of those novelty size cowboy hats. Okay. Parents have come home and I've been hooking up in their bed. Oh. Friends' parents, not mine. Or I Okay. How about just how about just one truth, one lie. Okay.

Grace Helbig

Oh, I think it's the second one is a lie. I think it's somebody's parents.

Hannah Hart

You're right. You know I love a novelty size cowboy hat. Yeah, that seemed way too realistic. I'm like three in our office.

Grace Helbig

I know. We do. Truly. Well, I speaking of I'm wearing a little like mini tiara. These are for you. I don't want to like mess up your hair, but if you want to wear them. Oh, sorry. No, no. Please. I'll find this one. Oh.

Hannah Hart

Wow. That looks really good. You look pretty cute too. Guys. What is this? For a new look? We all just get beautiful. We just got beautified in like three seconds. This is awesome.

Grace Helbig

Hannah's been looking for her 2016 look all year.

Hannah Hart

Awesome. That was so genuine. This is awesome. You look really cute in a tiara.

Grace Helbig

Thank you. I think I descend from royalty.

Young Hollywood

Here are the three cookies. Cool. Hashtag cookie challenge. It's happening to us. Dirty cookie challenge.

Grace Helbig

Yeah. Dirty cookie challenge. Oh, snap. Okay, okay, okay. Thank you.

Young Hollywood

You know what? You can take technically more than one cookie if you want. Oh. We could get creative here. Yeah. Oh yeah. All kinds of good stuff happening.
