Oh, how fun is it now to play Sky now that she has her superpowers?

It's really fun. I get to play this badass superhero and it, you know, it's meant a lot to me, kind of the more that I meet a lot of the fans, because growing up, you know, in Chicago, I had zero representation for who I was on screen. And so I've had a lot of half-Asian young girls or Chinese or Japanese girls come up to me and say, oh my God, I've never felt like I could be on TV or be a superhero or do anything amazing because I wasn't blonde haired with blue eyes. So having that opportunity to be um, to kind of to be a first. Yeah, really like. Yeah, it's been really, really cool. Yeah. You and Ming-Na. That's why I lay in pee for you guys. Yeah.

What's the most embarrassing thing he's done?

We were shopping and Jeremy Piven was like in the store. He was like looking at like socks or something. My dad was like this close to him and then just went and you know when just like the flash goes off? And it's not and then he doesn't need. Oh my gosh. He does it any usually when the flash cuz that happens to like me whatever and the flash goes off and they freak out. But my dad had no shame about the flash even. So it kept flashing and then he was like And he did it again. And I was like what are you doing? What are you doing? And then Jeremy's like just staring at it was just really awkward. And then he followed like Sophia Vergara around like a Bloomingdale's once. And then um.

Oh my God, your dad is a total stalker.

Um, like when I go get my nails done, I can't look when they pull the cotton apart cuz I it gives me it's like a nail on a chalkboard thing. It's like Oh my God. Oh my God. Oh my God. I don't know what it is but I can't You know when like you know when like Oh, okay. You know when like I like cotton rounds like totally totally can fuck with cotton rounds, but not cotton balls. Oh my God. I can't at all.

It just feels like it just gives me you know like nails on a chalkboard type thing. That's what I get like I don't know what happens but I like become like a dinosaur. I just do this. I also have a I have like a lot of other weird I can't walk on escalators if they're not moving. I get like really dizzy.

You Hold on. I'm just trying to make sense. You get dizzy when the escalators are not moving.

When they're When if an escalator's off, which it's just stairs. For some reason, I have a really hard time walking on them. And I get dizzy. I have to look up, you know, cuz it just like it's I don't know what happens. I'm missing something like somewhere with all these weird things.

It is it was all you. I was up all morning just like, what can I ask? How do I make myself look great?

Um, well because we have a TV schedule and it's really tight. Like usually, you know, when you have a big fight sequence in movies, you train for like two weeks and you shoot it for like three weeks and it's like this big thing. We usually train So I just had a really big fight sequence in this prison. And uh, we trained for like about an hour, two hours for that fight sequence. All for one. Yeah. And then we shot it in like four hours. It gets kind of crazy, but we just kind of have to wing it at a certain point. Yeah. But it's really fun. It's really fun. Because the reason I got into acting was because I was horrible at sports and now somehow I'm more athletic. I have six brothers, so they all play sports. Now I can actually hurt all of them, which is what I've gotten to LA to do. To hurt you.

Uh, another one, Twitter handle Y Bennet. Unicorns or mermaids?

Um, unicorns or mermaids? God, that's a really tough question. I don't think you can even answer that. That's a tough one. I don't want to like discriminate. Okay. All right. I would say unicorns. Okay. That's what I just think. I I think so. They poop rainbows. Yeah. Yeah. Mermaids, I don't know how they get. We don't know. How do they get rid of anything? Right? Right? Where do they poop from? Do they poop? These are the hard, cross philosophical questions. How do they reproduce? You guys. Who's thought of this?

Uh, before we go, uh, you know, I feel like you've been really outspoken about diversity in Hollywood. Half of Asian Hollywood's like right here.

Yeah. This is it. This is young Asian American Hollywood. a few of us behind the camera. Um, I think we can do much better. I think it's it's part of the responsibility of us as the Asian American community to kind of get together and talk about it. I think it's something that we're kind of far behind on. I would like to see more Asian men as the leading sexy guys because I think there's a lot of sexy Asian guys. There is some. And they don't ever get cast that way. And I'd like to see that. So, I think we have a lot of work to do, but I think we're heading in the right direction.
