What what originally got you involved in the project?

You know, this was one of those that a friend of mine in Canada, he read this script and he was like, Em, you'd be really great for this part.

And it's it shoots in Montreal.

And yeah, hometown.

It's a Canadian Indy.

I read it.

And I loved it.

It's so funny.

And you know, dark and a little twisted and fun and a great part and I was like, yeah, I'm all about it.

And it just everything worked out.

I went to Montreal, I shot it, froze my ass off.

Right, right.

Because you're you're probably up there as well.

And yeah, oh, yeah.

like yeah.

It was crazy.

And it's about Sam who plays Carl, he goes up to this lodge with Megan in hopes of a nice romantic break.

And you're his ex who now owns the lodge.

And she kind of like set him up.

There's lots of you don't want to give too much away.

I I play um my character used to serve in the Israeli army, and then she comes and she joins uh the San Francisco Police Department, and she's um a sergeant in the gang unit.

And she's, you know, half Israeli, half Mexican.

Right.

And um basically the polar opposite of what I played on Entourage, which I'm very happy about.

That's great.

And totally different to the three nights stand as well.

So you're keeping the variation.

I have to tell you this is really funny.

We took a picture when we were in Morocco cuz we were shooting there and I tweeted uh something #killingJesus.

And a friend of mine literally texted me and was like, I wouldn't tweet that if I were you.

I was like, that's the name of the project.

Yeah, I wonder how that's going to go um just initially when people just see the see the project name.

So I think it's a little jarring, but listen, it's based on a Bill O'Reilly book that is that did very well.

It was a best seller, so I think we'll be okay.

We won't be the ones that get in trouble for it.

He's say he wrote the book.

And and that was a good casting as well.

And another small project, the Entourage movie.

Yeah, it's uh and you finished, it's finished shooting.

It's all done.

I mean, I think they have one more shoot day, but um I don't know if you knew this, but we did the reshoots at the Globes.

How yeah, how did that work?

Did you have to get authorization first or did you just turn up?

Of course.

Yeah, but I don't know cuz there's cameras there, you could easily, you know, just mix it mix it in.

The the security is so tight for the Globes.

So they got clearance.

We get, you know, we get onto the red carpet with our, you know, three cameras.

All of us are there and we're there before the nominees are coming on the red carpet, but the red carpet is starting to fill up.

So at one point, we're shooting a scene with full press to the left and we're like walking down the red carpet.

And the press is like, like really authentically like, Emanuel, Emanuel, you know, Kevin, Jeremy, you know, guys, can you stop for a picture?

And I was like, this is not me.

Right, right.

Like this is Sloan.

I am not really here.

Right.

Yeah, they're not to edit the show out, I guess, somehow.

I mean, it's hello.

No, that was perfect for the movie.

Oh, okay.

That's the thing.

So anyway, so then I got all these calls cuz people were like, oh my God, they saw you on the pre-show on E, you're at the Globes and I'm like, no, I'm not really there.

Right.

I left at 3 p.m.

Right.

That was just pre-work.

Pre-work.

Um, how is it a uh, how is it a fresh take on the TV series though?

Is it?

It's a fresh take because it's so cinematic.

It looks amazing.

Yeah.

Um, and then it's also very true to the show in that it picks up where we left off.

Um, and you know, I think the fans will be really satisfied.

I feel like everybody's on their A-game.
