You guys are always on tour, aren't you? Always moving. I keep up on social media, it's like one city, another city, another world. Much traveling.

It's been great though, it's been really fun. It's been a whirlwind. Totally. And a lot of jet lag. Yes. Yes.

Have you got used to it yet?

No. A little, a little more than we first did. I thought I was getting used to it, but then this last trip back from Australia, I was jet lag maybe for two weeks. Yeah.

Okay. Wait till this next record comes out then you won't be getting any sleep.

Tell us about the new record.

Oh my goodness. It's a It's a lot of different things. We have three originals, four covers. And we love the originals. Especially this time.

Oh. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah. But I don't know, there's a lot of different sounds on it. It's not, I mean it's cohesive but it's not all the same type of song which I think our fans appreciate and I'm into that too. Keep it interesting.

How is the when you when you make your originals, how's the writing process? Oh my goodness. Because obviously it's different because you're different to, you know, to a lot of acts out there.

We do it in a lot of different ways. All of us write individually and then we'll pitch songs to the group. And then now because we're on a new label, they've hooked us up with songwriters who have just given us songs to to listen to. So it's been a combination of us writing, songwriters, um, just so we can find the best material. And it's really worked for us. I'm on my way. I'm on my way. I'm on my way. Till the night. perfect. You're you guys are in, right? Is this right?

Yes. Yeah.

Um, is it, can you say much about the role? Is it top secret or you're you're performing on it? Is this right?

Yeah, it's a very small cameo. We can say that we're a rival group.

Were you a fan of the first movie? Did you watch it?

Totally. It was so funny.

Now did the movie, the movie probably helped in a way of creating awareness for that sort of genre, right? I mean it was it's huge.

Yeah, I think it was one of the factors, definitely. Yeah, and because the soundtrack did so well, it was like a big moment for Acapella music. when your words mean nothing, I go. I turn it off and boy when you it's my heart can't stop me. I find a way to block it. I go.

So coming up with your covers, obviously, you know, covering is a massive aspect of your records and stuff. Um, who picks? How do you pick them? How do you come across the record that you like, I want it, we want to cover that?

Um, it just depends. Everyone will just either someone will come to the group and be like, I have this song. I feel like, oh, we could do this crazy baseline. I'm really inspired by it. What do you guys think? That's generally how it happens. Okay. And if we're all feeling it, we'll try to arrange it. But sometimes um, we'll do like a Facebook poll and have the fans vote. Or um, I don't know. How else do we pick songs?

Do you have to ask the artist if you're going to cover the song? How does that work?

Eventually. Eventually when they knock on the door, it's a legal notice. But that's that's basically how we do it. There's not really any other way. People just pick the songs and we try them out and whichever one works the best and we choose that one. Let's go down. Oh my life. I've been running, running, running. Oh my life. Is that more pressure now when you make a song and know that you know, because if if you're in your room and you make a little video and think 10 eyes are on it, it's no pressure. But half a billion. And now people are going to be keep, yeah, it's just getting bigger and bigger.

Right. Our first video was on an iPad. Wow. And it's just crazy to think now we're doing on like red cameras and stuff. It's just amazing. Hopefully it is.

Um, you might not like this question, but I'll ask it anyway. Okay. When you are on tour, who's the highest maintenance? Oh. It depends. I think it's a tough, it's a it's a iffy question to ask, but I've just gone straight in. I've asked other bands that question and straight away they do this. Like every person. So this is nice. This is nice. You're getting along. We're great. So there will be a PTX volume four, just so you let you know. They're not separating any time soon. There's a lot of love on this sofa, I can feel it.
