Can you tease them your office?

Well, you know, you know, you're in a sequel. Yeah. Meaning the first movie made a lot of money. Got to spend some of that money. So you put it in the budget of the second movie, and you blow the office up. You know, my office looks like I should be leading the X-Men.

Yo, this is the best thing ever. So, Jonah Hill called you out. He said you were on a plane together. I know I didn't bring this up 'cause it was on your Twitter. You're on a plane together, and he heard you laughing. You had your headphones on, you were watching a movie. So he and Channing walked back to see what you were watching, and you were watching Friday.

Okay, so when you, you were cracking yourself up?

Yeah, it's funny. Friday funny movie, you know what I mean, it's one of my funniest. How you bitches like Jump Street now? Hey.

Can you call Jonah out? Can you, is there any retaliation?

I think I caught him with them with them big ass teeth in his mouth from the Scorsese movie. You know what I mean? Yeah them big ass chiclets in his mouth maybe. Why every time you speak, I want to throw up?

You're so well known now for your angry face. It's becoming a thing that everywhere you go, everybody wants you to do it. I'm not very scary.

Mhm.

I want to learn how to be a little scarier. Can you give me any tips?

Well, you know, it's not really in the face, it's more in the eyes and then the intensity. Okay. You know, you got to let somebody know that you're serious first, that you're not playing and you almost got to look through them into their soul. And then you add on a couple of expressions, and they should be shaken.

Do you know how to do the one eyebrow raise, though? Does that happen naturally?

I've been doing that way before the Rock. Same identities. Same assignment. We're going back to high school. You look like you're about 50.

Can you compare Ice Cube at 22 versus Ice Cube now?

Uh, I was a lot broker at 22 and I don't know, um, and you know, I didn't really understand my plight. I didn't really understand my kind of position in in entertainment and where it would end up. You know, I was still trying to find myself and still trying to be the best rapper in the world at that time. Dabbled in and dabbling in the movies, but you know, it wasn't until I wrote Friday. You know, is when I knew I could make a a full career in the movie business. I got a big ass raised to baby sit you two forget.

Didn't you just didn't you just reveal how you got your name, it was your brother.

Yeah, yeah. Give me the name. Your nickname. He uh you know, I was always trying to be cool. You know what I mean? And he's older than me, so I used to try to his girls would call, he wouldn't be home. I'm trying to mac them down. Excuse my French. And uh and uh, you know, he said I was trying to be too cool for school and he was going to slam me in the freezer, and then he cooled me down like that. Like come out Ice Cube. I was like, you know, that's kind of cool name.

That sort of caught on, didn't it?

Yeah.
