Oh. Oh, yeah, there's only like a few people that have gotten these.

Do I have to put my real name even? Is your real name Nicky Novak? Can I just put Nicky No Chance? Yeah, why not? Birth date. Are you recording my birth date now? Um let's just make it a Oh I look away, I'm sorry. Okay.

Now what did you do to your Grammy though that it's no longer gold?

I just tried to polish it.

Okay.

So I bought some gold polish. I rubbed the gold uh to polish it and then the gold was gone. And it turns out that uh gold plating and gold are not the same thing.

That's true. But I would have thought the Grammys would have been Well, I guess solid gold would be very expensive.

I know, solid gold, but I thought it would at least be able to stand a polishing. Apparently other people aren't polishing their Grammys.

No, apparently not. So I know somebody who has an Emmy and she uses hers as a door stop.

Yeah.

Where do you Where are yours?

Uh, they're in a cabinet now, but for the longest time I had them on the back of the toilet. I also thought it was funny to have them in the bathroom. Quite often, you see it. What's that? And I also just don't want to be the guy who like has awards up all over the house.

Apparently, I can't have this draped around my waist. Oh, yeah, no. I don't know what's happening right now cuz I'm a boy and I usually just dress normally. Why did you wear that to an interview? It's hot.

No. I think that's the best question I've ever been asked.

You are on three television shows at present. Let's talk about Legends first. So you shot this in Prague.

Yeah.

And then This is so crazy, but I read that you had never actually left North America until you went and shot this. So you actually won a Tony before you left the continent.

Yeah. I know, it's really sad.

That's crazy.

So I'd been to like, you know, Mexico, Hawaii, Canada. I'd sort of been branching out as far as I could go, but this was my first trip across a big ocean. It was uh it was quite eye opening, I have to say.

This is my favorite part of it. This is the head prophylactic. You ready for this? By the way, these don't get washed. I should tell you that now.

That's okay. All right, cool. I prefer things dirty.

Yeah. I think I did it wrong.

Shameless was a great set, but it's a wild set because when you're having to do so much crazy stuff. I think it just sort of makes people just a little more vibrant and a little more wild. I had a couple of naked Well, I had one scene where I was the only one naked. So I show up for Shameless. Didn't know what we were shooting. Didn't know what day it was. Uh I walk into my dressing room. Look for my wardrobe. Wardrobe's not there. Then I turn around and on my desk in front of me is a little cloth sock. And I was like, what the hell is this thing? I go back out and they say, Oh, yeah, no. Everything goes in that. And then you tie it. Oh my god. And I said, Well, I think we're going to need a bigger bag. To which no one got the reference. Um, and then I was just standing there like completely embarrassed and I was like, All right, cool. Well, thanks so much. And I'll go get into my little flesh sack.
