Thank you very much. I love like those oversized coats that you see like Gigi Hadid and like Kendall Jenner always wearing. And I'm not as long as them, but uh, I I'd like to wear those 'cause they're comfortable.

I never used to think about fashion. I was always like, I played sports, so I'm like, okay, T-shirt, put on some shorts, um, slippers, bathrobe. Like, that's kinda my that's my jam, kinda thing. Like, like a high-waisted jean or like a regular jean and that shirt that just goes right under the belly button at that jean line. It's perfect. And it and they're hard to find.

Do you think you dress better now?

Oh, 100%. 100%.

So what was your What were you doing wrong, and what is one thing you're embracing now because of the Bellastar?

I was doing everything wrong.

The sweatpant trend where like sweatpants are turning into actual pants now. I love that.

What music are you into right now?

I listen to everything, pretty much. Um, I listen to I just downloaded Gwen Stefani's new album. And I'm also revisiting things that I used to listen to like the Bee Gees and the Beach Boys.

I really, really like the 1975. I love John Legend. I love him. I am very, very into James Bay's record.

I'm kinda weird, so I like to do what other people aren't doing. So, I don't know if anyone else who's listening to the Bee Gees.

Do you have a workout routine?

I do. I do a lot of upper body. Uh, 'cause I got just in case I have to be shirtless on the show 'cause every every other guy has to be shirtless on the show, so I'm I'm anticipating.

Squats. That's all you need. Just do squats. Her butt has transformed in the past year.

They done it to you yet?

Not yet.

Do they give you notice, or do they just spring it on you?

I don't know. That's something that I do not know yet.

Can you demonstrate a proper squat?

Can I demonstrate a proper squat? I can. All right. Spread your legs like a like a bad at you. when you're squatting about a foot or so. And then you just arch the back. And you just bend your knees like this.

Oh, she's done this before.

And you just squat. And it's very simple.

I can't do it.

And it's great.

Hidden ones? You just raised one eyebrow. That that is the only eyebrow I can raise, actually. And I really try to work that one. Not singing. I'm not I'm not a singer.
