Do you want to trade outfits? What is this exactly? Like Supergirl or?

I don't know if you know this, but Chris Evans retired from being Captain America, so I'm kind of campaigning to be the next one.

Oh, Captain America. You think I have a shot?

Sure, I'd give you a shot.

So many movie actors are now doing TV. How is this a fresh take on anything we've seen from you before?

You know what? I think just being able to tell a longer version of of a kind of, you know, a Twilight Zone episode, but 10 episodes, it takes 10 episodes to tell the Twilight Zone Tale, is is exciting.

Going from film to TV. How is it a sort of a fresh take for you?

Well, I've always sort of worked within all the mediums actors are lucky enough if we get to work on stage, on film, on television, all of them. Television has a speed to it, a rhythm shall we call it that is breakneck and um, I really kind of enjoy that.

How do you eat fresh and stay in shape?

Um, hmm. I am, yes, I'm Italian, so I have to eat. I eat everything. I eat everything. This is my motto, everything in moderation, including moderation.

How do you look amazing? How do you sort of eat fresh and stay in shape?

Well, let's just say I don't, I'm a little erratic in my eating and staying in shape, but I try, I do the best I can.

Moderation.

Yeah. Got it. Everything in moderation, including moderation. Do you know that Carlin just said that? It's an old, you great cast think alike? He didn't come up with that.

And your thoughts on just this insane cast doing a TV show coming together with M. Night? I mean it's pretty amazing.

It is really amazing. It's really amazing. I'm so blessed. We're so blessed. We all feel the same way. I mean I think, you know, when they came to me with this, uh Matt Dillon and Melissa Leo were attached at that point. And uh, and I had a long conversation with Night on the phone and I just felt so excited and galvanized to like dig in with people who, cause the thing is that with TV you're, you it's it's still being treated. So it's not like a movie where you have a finished piece of material. So you have to take a big risk. And my feeling is always like, let's risk, let's take risks with really good people and there couldn't be better people.

Basically the premise of the show is FBI agents disappear. When you both want to disappear from Hollywood in the business and get away, where is your happy place?

It's simple for me. I just go home back to the UK. I mean there's not, there's no, there's no big problem there. You know, um because the business isn't really where I live on the East Coast, I kind of naturally I have that kind of distance and also maybe it's right. I kind of drawn to stories about isolation.

Where are we gonna go? Oh man, let's go to let's go to the islands in the Mediterranean. Got it. Somewhere like that. That's good.

I go home. I go home to my house and and hunker down there quietly. Sometimes we can just get away and get at home. I like to read. I like to get lost in a book.

What is what is that? People don't do that anymore unless it's on Twitter. You're not on Twitter by the way.

Maybe with your crowd. But I still know a few people that read books. Second guest: Before it was even such a huge fad. I am a huge yoga person. I started doing it when I was 12. And so yoga is always a way for me. I have to say, um hot yoga is awesome because I you can everyone's sweating, nobody looks at you and you're all just like think you might die. So therefore it's a great place to disappear.

I'm asking everybody in the cast, can you name five superheroes really fast?

Tony the Tiger.

Nice. Is he a superhero?

Yeah. Okay. I don't know if I can. Well, Wonder Woman. Captain America. Oh, sorry. Um, Wonder Woman, Bionic Woman. Does Bionic Woman count?

Sure. I love that you pick two women first too.

Well, of course.

Catwoman. Uh, Thor, Captain America, Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, Superman, Spider-Man. I can go on and on. Second guest: Captain America. Aquaman, Batman. Does Robin count?

Yeah. Yeah. I was Robin yesterday. So yeah.

Yes. The Popeye's uh character.

Mickey Mouse.

Loving it. Love Mickey Mouse. Second guest: Okay. Superman because my dear friend Zack Snyder is doing that right now. And uh, and and let's put Batman in there with Catwoman. Flash Gordon. I have a connection with that. My uncle created that comic strip.

Well, there's Xena and there's Wonder Woman and there's Supergirl and there's Batwoman and there's lots of lady superheroes too. There are lady superheroes. It's two against one.

And along those lines, Jungle Jim.
