When you have effer in your name, you got to go dark. It doesn't get darker than that. I'm building an evil army. Who is this guy? He's claiming to be the world's first real super villain.

Nice. You're getting it. This film This sort of like It's sort of the anti Comic Con. It's the anti superhero. It's the regular guy that can become a superhero if he sets his mind to it. He's not born with certain things.

I don't think that's anti Comic Con. If you look out there, there are a bunch of look right here. There are a bunch of people dressed up as superheroes. You know, if you wanted to, you could just put like something on over those eyes, go out there and try and fight crime and see how you do.

And I could try and fight crime. See how you do.

You might get your ass kicked, but you know, you never know. We're putting an end to this costume freak. If they weren't a mask, they're getting detained.

I would need tips from people like you about how to be more kickass.

No, I I pretended to be a vigilante in the movie. I'm not trying to do that anytime soon.

You have two films here. You have Kickass 2 and you have Godzilla. If Kickass was going to take down Godzilla, what would his strategy be?

I don't even know how you'd have a strategy taking down a great big monster. I have no strategy. I'll have to work it out with Mark Miller. I'm sure he's got an idea on that.

Comic Con for you being that you're from across the pond. Is it more surreal to you?

You know, I still make it sort of exciting kind of festival in a way to be at because it's the only one where it's kind of run by fans in a way, you know, it's like it's a real kind of passion. People that are really excited about movies and new projects. And it doesn't matter if movies been done, or it's about to come out next year, or it's just a comic book, you know, ready to be marketed. I think it's great to be here.

Yeah, a lot of smoke up your Yeah. So, what would you geek out over here at Comic Con? Is there anybody?

I came like four years ago, got to meet Robert Downey Jr. , which was fantastic. I'm a huge fan. I'm a fan of everyone. I saw Sam Jackson, but I almost lost it. Just because he was in Star Wars. Just because he was the second black dude in space.

Collectively his movies have made more money than anybody in the history of film. Did you know that?

Yeah, but he's never really the star of those movies. He's always got like, you know, a couple of scenes and stuff.

Why don't you just tell him that when you just saw him?

Because I don't want to get punched in my mouth.

Did you say anything to him when you walked?

I didn't. He was in an elevator and it was closing. I was like, oh, there go Sam. And that was it. And he closed. He didn't open the door for you? No. He's like, oh, no, it's him. It's him.
