Josh Hutchinson here at Comic Con. What up, dude?
What's up, man?
That's what's up. How are you doing?
Good, buddy, how are you doing?
How's your Comic Con going?
It's been going good. Just kind of getting into it. Got a panel tonight later on. Real excited, gonna kind of bounce around, do some interviews.
I heard that you were at the convention wearing some costumes? Playing a little cosplay.
Not this year.
Was that that last year?
No, that was that was when we came for Hunger Games. Dang it. Yeah, I actually it wasn't really cosplay. I just had like a really weird, creepy old man mask. I just had like a really weird It was like walking around like, [mumbling].
Are you gonna go back in there again?
I didn't bring a mask this year. No. I'm sure I can find one around Comic Con somewhere. Yeah.
What was it like working with Seth Rogan? I was just watching the little behind the scenes you guys did.
Oh, yeah. Seth is super collaborative. Super like
Did he have a conscious swear at you on set?
A little bit. But not at me.
Okay.
Just in general. Just in general. His vocabulary includes many words I'm sure you probably can't say right now. Um, yeah. But, uh, no, it was great, man. He's he's always funny and and the hardest thing is like when when he and Evan Goldberg are directing, they'll come up with like random improv lines or things like to just say, and it's so hard sometimes to not start laughing. But they they were great to work with.
Right, right. So, is this satire? Is this What is tell me what it is. Tell me what it is.
It's I mean, it's it's really like a a hard genre hard R comedy.
R comedy. R. He must have let it out 100%.
Yeah. We did things that you shouldn't put on a screen. Let alone on TV. Um, but yeah, it's it's, you know, it's a time travel show set in today's day and age where I have to basically go with these people from the future to save all of humanity. Okay. Um, and tonally, it falls somewhere between Sausage Party, This is the End,
This is the End.
and like Back to the Future mixed with like the real epicness of Terminator. So yeah.
You're a gamer and you're a gamer. Are you a gamer in real life?
I'm not a huge gamer. I I play some. But and and if it's like happening, I'll be like, oh, yeah, peer pressure. I'll play Mario Kart. But, uh, you know, there's there's a little between me and you. I heard you're a Reds fan.
I am. I'm from Columbus, Ohio.
Okay. Right on. Right on. That's good.
I'm a an Indians fan. Why didn't you high-five me first, man?
