So I wanted to go down a line and ask you your first headshot experience in LA.

Guest

In LA?

Young Hollywood

Yes. Was it like a high school, you know, yearbook photo where you're just like, oh my gosh.

Guest

I think I I pulled something where I like flicked off the camera, like I was trying to be a badass. I I fully had that shot. Second guest: Mine was way too sexy, my first headshot. First of all, there was I was like twirling my head around so there was hair in my face and my mouth was open. You don't do that.

Guest

No, that's like the hardest thing about headshots is figuring out what you do with your mouth. Like, don't tense it. But don't smile. But don't look mad. Second guest: Yeah. And then there's the commercial headshots, which is just like

Guest

Wear glasses, you know. Do something zany. Um Second guest: Where a doctor's doctor's outfit.

Guest

Yeah, right. He's sending me as a doctor. Second guest: Yeah, exactly. Uh, I I I I mine was fine. I ended up using it, but it was just I had no money, so I had to like we really had to go you know, kind of ghetto like I had to do it behind a garage and the light was only good the light was only good for like 45 minutes, she said. It's like, it's only good and then it's then it's gone. So we have to. And she had to move her car. This is the perfect spot and I'm like, okay. And I was squatting. It was completely awful, but it worked out somehow. I used it.

Guest

You were very photogenic, regardless. Second guest: My second set I did was under this bridge that you guys might know about because I'd say 60% of all actors in LA have their headshots.

Guest

Is it under the 101 bridge? Second guest: Yeah.

Guest

Is it under the 101? Second guest: Yeah, that's where I live. Yeah. And I thought I was being so clever and I was like, this is going to look so interesting and unique. And everybody shoots under this one bridge.

Young Hollywood

Yeah. Okay, so I'm going to stick with the Twitter for a little bit, David. You were I think you talked about this recently. Bo Jackson, you wrote a fan letter to Bo Jackson.

David

Bo knows baseball. Throw on that out. Um and gave him his phone number. I was like, call me, Bo. I said, Bo, uh, I said, how are the Royals? Back when he was on the Royals, and I said my phone number, no area code. I just said it. And then I said, uh, and I said, uh, please sign your name somewhere on this paper. Or call me. You have to give them options.

Guest

Yeah, exactly. You have to give them options.

Young Hollywood

Yeah. And so you're still waiting?

David

I'm still waiting for Bo Jackson.

Young Hollywood

You're just No, no, no. David, I'm just kidding. Sorry. Okay, so if you guys were to each write a fan letter today to somebody who you're still who you are a fan of, who would it be? I'm going to start with you.

Guest

Oh my god. Um, still a fan of? Or just you're a fan of?

David

Yeah, but he's Brad Pitt back in the day.

Guest

Really? That's funny. Um, it would be uh, Mikhail Gorbachev. Uh, no, it's just kidding. Let's get serious for a second. Uh, I don't know, it'd be like probably something from my childhood, like one of the Muppets. Which would be actually, your first crush when you were a little. Swear to God, I my first crush that I can remember was from the Muppet Show. Do you remember, I think her name was Janice, she played the guitar. She had that big she was a Muppet. She was a Muppet, she had this big smiley blonde thing and she was all big. And I was like five years old and I was like, what are these feelings? So bad. Second guest: Oh my gosh. That's a good one. I can't really think of anything that's not geeky.

Young Hollywood

Well, that's what we want though. Second guest: Well, I was just going to say, Haruki Murakami, because he's my favorite living author. But that was you know. Way to bring the mood down. I don't know what to say. But then you said crush and then the second thing I thought of was Martin McDonagh, who's a playwright. But he's really hot. I don't know.

David

Ricky Gervais. I'd still be Like I'd still be very starstruck by him.

Young Hollywood

Yeah, we're Derek fans. Um, let's talk Octoman this season. Is it Octo?

Guest

Creepy.

David

Octoman. He erases memories.

Guest

Yeah. Second guest: Yeah, the episode is called Octopus Head.

Young Hollywood

Okay, Octo Is it Octo head or Octo I just sounded really bad. Give me Yeah.

Guest

Wait, what? Octo the hand. Um, yes. It's a villain that erases people's memories. Yes.

Young Hollywood

So, if you guys could have a memory erased from set, for something embarrassing that happened to you in the, you know, the four seasons of Graces. You see where I'm going with that. Uh, David. You know, my tricks.

David

Raw bacon in my high heels last season, which I wish hadn't happened and I got major payback.

Guest

Yeah, she put one of her dog's poops in my toilet.

David

Yeah, Henry, a little Frenchie. That is not the major payback. The major payback was he had just bought a new car and we have the same kind of car, so I I locked my keys inside.

Guest

So, he thought his car had just stopped working.

David

She belittled me in front of the entire transportation crew. Not that they had any respect for me as it was.

Guest

Don't put raw bacon in my shoes.

Young Hollywood

If we could spy on you guys on set for 24 hours, you could tell one about the next, what would we find out about each person?

David

Oh my God. If I if I what Wait, who do I talk about? What do people not know about Sidney?

Guest

Her brain is just constantly organizing thing like right now, she's like six steps ahead of this. Okay. So, putting things in little Ziploc bags, uh, or, you know, it it's it's remarkable. If you go into her home, it's it's a remarkable sight to behold. Second guest: Oh god. Everything I'm thinking of for him, I can't say it.

Guest

completely Second guest: Yeah, I know it's inappropriate. I can't say it.

David

Is nothing uh uh What's one? Okay, what what. Second guest: there's you spy on him? How many pairs of pants he has? My God, it's insane.

Guest

Oh my god, he has like 150 pairs of pants. Second guest: His closet and shoes. He has more shoes than I've lived life. Last Last comic was it Comic-Con? I think last Comic-Con he had 14 different pairs of pants for for two days. And every shade of the rainbow.

Young Hollywood

He's a well-dressed man.

David

I overpack.

Young Hollywood

He's a handsome man.

David

I overpack.

Young Hollywood

Is that like is that a Canadian thing?

David

It's a Canadian thing, I think it is. I'm always I'm ready for four seasons.

Guest

Yeah, exactly.

David

Okay. Uh, Claire is the most um considerate and organized person in the world. I'm sure she's going back to the hotel right now and to just wrap all her Christmas gifts already. Second guest: No, I did tell Bria, I was like, we should probably start thinking about wrap gifts now, right? Like, we should just get the ball rolling so that yeah. Um, and David. God. Uh,

Guest

We're never on we're very rarely on set at the same time. I'll tell you something funny about Dave. Yeah. I was going to say farts, but I didn't want to go I was just you brought it up. And I ordered once an like egg cheese and bean burrito and now the craft the craft service people give him one every morning and he never eats it. So every time I walk into his trailer, it just smells like fart. And I'm like, did you fart? And he said, no, look. It's just this is slow rotting burrito every morning. They don't want to tell them that you don't need it.

David

Ah, it just kind of just shows up and I put it in the bathroom, close the door, turn on the fan and go about my day. I swear to God. I never take a bite. It's probably

Guest

If Javier's watching this, yeah, if Javier's watching, he will finally know.

David

He's watching right now. He's like, David. Anyway.

Young Hollywood
