What's up, guys? Leslie Robbins here for Young Hollywood. I have exclusive access at So You Think You Can Dance. Tonight the final four dancers are performing one last time. Ten seasons in. I think your top four are the best I have seen. They blew my mind. I was actually tearing up. For some of those dancers. Who are you gonna vote for tonight?
Jasmine. Second guest: Jasmine.
Okay. And why?
Because I felt every step she took. And I actually teared up in one of her numbers. She just blew me away.
For me, I don't mind. I don't have a horse in the race now. I think it's really difficult to separate the pair of those girls, who I do believe were stronger than the boys tonight.
Do you go in with a favorite and then maybe mid-season it switches, or pretty much in the beginning it stays the same?
Absolutely. My favorite this season was Mackenzie. I lost Mackenzie, and so I had to transfer my emotions, and I went towards Jasmine, I must say. But tonight, ooh, I've moved into Amy territory.
Who's your person?
Oh. To win? Oh, I have no idea. I really don't. I love all four. I'm going to be diplomatic. What can I say? Um, if I had to go by just tonight, and tonight only, and that doesn't count for every single dance, it would be Amy tonight as far as dancing ability and having the moment that really just kind of grabbed all of us judges.
You're a doll. And I have to say, this energy and how sweet you are with me is exactly how you are with the finalists, all the contestants. You really love them like you're Mama Bear.
Yeah, I really do. I, you know what? I'm a really, really lucky girl. I get to do a job that I love, with people that I love that I find so inspiring and so talented.
Gabby, you're like a favorite of Young Hollywood. I see you at all these events, and now you're guest judging on So You Think You Can Dance.
Thank you. Yeah, I was so nervous, but everyone did so good.
I think you love everybody. I have a favorite.
You have a favorite? I have a favorite. I like Jasmine.
That's my favorite too. She kills it. Did you see that Beyoncé, like, "Run the World?" I was like, oh snap, get it. She makes it look so easy, makes you want to do it. Did you feel the pressure, the competition like burning on that stage like you're used to?
I did. I know how the dancers feel and they want it. You can see it in their eyes, you can see the fire.
Miss All-Star coming back for the finale.
I know, it's crazy. It's, it's been so fun. Um, it was amazing to dance with Aaron, who is like incredible tap dancer, but also all-around great dancer and storyteller. So it's been great. Super fun.
I've loved Aaron, Jasmine, and Amy from the very get-go. Even Fiction, I've known him since who shot, when he was on my show Live to Dance. The amount that he's grown, it's like watching a child grow up to be a young, like, in their twenties. They're like so professional and they command the stage every time they're on it. It's, it's truly an honor. They're, they're all brilliant. I don't know what the outcome's going to be, but either way, they've all done an amazing job.
You are so cute. Watching you on stage, I just want to run up and hug you, and standing next to you, the smile, you're adorable and talented. I'm taking you home.
Um, okay, well, I mean, I just gotta say bye to a couple people and then we can go, so it's all good. But no, thank you so much. I mean, it's hard not to smile. For me, I feel like I really feed off the crowd. So as much as the crowd gives to me, like, I always try to give back to them. Like, that's, I don't know, that's just been my, my thought process on performing from the beginning. Like, I just love entertaining the crowd. That's I feel like what I was meant to do.
Well, I have to say your water number, the couple that was breaking up, the water, the breeze going through, I, I teared up. That was the most beautiful thing I've seen.
Thank you so much. I really enjoyed that one too. Like, that was my first time partnering with Jasmine. So I didn't know how it was going to work and like, she's so, her legs give her so much length. Like, I really feel like I was going to be lost in the routine, but, um, I feel like we danced together and I feel like we did like really well together and had the chemistry. So I'm really happy with the way how it turned out and I enjoyed that piece too.
You're my favorite.
Oh, thank you so much. Thank you.
Tonight was beautiful. What's your takeaway from tonight?
It's pretty emotional. Um, I, yeah, we were all emotionally and just physically drained tonight. So we had to really like pump each other up and just leave our hearts out there on the dance floor and that's what I wanted to do. I just wanted to do my best, you know, and because at this point in the game, anyone can take it and there's nothing we can do anymore. It's up to America, you know? So I just left my heart out there on the dance floor.
America. Oh, please. Aaron, I love your story. You weren't even supposed to be here. Now you're in the top four and you're killing it.
Uh, it's, it's even unbelievable to me still. So you know, I'm just, uh, blessed. This is amazing. Like, you can change someone's life, you can do something all through dance, all something that I've just been, you know, I love to do. That's all so great. So at those moments when you get down, you realize that this is not just, this is not just you. This is something else. This is huge. So I just stand up and I dedicated, you know, today to all my fans and everybody who got me here. I wasn't supposed to be here.
You want to do a paddlin' roll?
No, I did a time step with Melinda. What's a paddlin' roll? Here. Then you're going to brush up. You're going to put your foot down. Down. Yeah, okay. So then, hair a-didle. Then you would do this side. It gets me from transition to transition all the time.
I'm taking all these kids home with me. You're incredible up there, breathtaking. How do you do it, number after number after number? You bring it every time.
Uh, I don't know how. I don't, I think one thing is I don't try to think about the next. I try to think about what I'm actually doing at that moment. So instead of thinking about the future, I think about what I am doing in the present. And um, you just have to play every single character.
Well, to give you a little inside information, I did interview all the judges and they all loved you and thought you were just the best tonight. Which you are.
Wow, that, uh, that's I can't, I don't have no words. That's crazy. She's good, folks.
