What's up, guys? Leslie Robbins here for Young Hollywood under the tent at LA Live. Welcome to Absent.
Lady Bubblicious, an honor to be in your presence. Thank you.
Now, But you've never heard of the gum, Bubblicious.
No, everyone always says, Lady Bubblicious, like the gum, but I've never heard of that.
You're going to walk me through.
I'm going to Yes, you're going to get inside. Very exciting.
I'm excited. I do stunts all the time.
You look ready. That's a little intimidating. You'll be fine, don't worry. All right, so I'm going to let them open it for you. Okay. So come on up.
There's no way the ball could open when I'm in it, right?
No, it's you'll feel it, it's really heavy, and it holds itself shut. So the only way it's going to open is when you you're going to push it up. Okie dokie. So we're going to go up and duck on in. Yep. You're okay. There's a handle right above your head. Yep. But if you can't reach it, just exactly. And squeeze it in. Good. Woo! Nice. Now, do you have a preference to which way you spin? She's like, I don't know. That way felt good. Okay, we're going to go that way then. So, I'm going to give you some speed. Tell me if you want to stop. Now, holding on to the handlebars, see if you can push your legs open and feel how heavy it is. There you go. Nice. Whoa. And squeeze it, and if you turn your feet the other way, you'll find it's easier to push it open, and you can get it further. Nice one.
I wish I was taller. I could go further down.
Pull on. Nice. Yeah. And now, do you want to stand on one side? Yep. We're going to open it out. There you go. Nicely done. You're okay? You feel like you're going to puke.
Now, they call you the gazillionaire.
Yeah.
Do you really have a gazillion dollars?
Yes. I have a gazillion everything. I am everything I appear to be.
How did you get so bendy?
I was a dancer when I was really little, um, but I did everything, like, horse vaulting, gymnastics, acrobatics, and I just kept getting bored of it until I found circus. And then one day my teachers said to me, they're like, "If you don't start contortion training, you're not going to be able to control yourself," because I was just like spaghetti. So, a lot of my training has actually been more strength and contortion to be able to use my ability to fold in half. We just got voted the number one show in Las Vegas history.
Somebody got that right. Wait, can we talk about that a second?
Sure.
There's a gazillion shows in Vegas.
I know, right? Yeah. There are exactly a gazillion and three.
Exactly. And you're number one?
Yeah. It's a rather small tent. The stage, about nine feet.
Yeah. Lots of stuff is going on on this stage.
Yeah, and that's the one thing I think that's special about our show, different than other shows. Other shows you see some stuff that's up on a stage and people are a hundred feet away and oh my goodness, it's amazing and that's fantastic. But here, we're on a nine-foot stage, the audience is two feet away from the action. You could literally get kicked in the face by a performer. This show is truthful, it's honest, it's raunchy, it's raw, it's sexy, it's hot.
Gosh, I want to see this show. What show are you talking about? Um, Beauty and the Beast? Oh.
Oh, we've been called that before too. Ba-bum, look at you. We're talking about Absent right now, right? That's what we're talking about?
We are.
