What's up guys? Leslie Robbins here for Young Hollywood. I have once again crashed a rehearsal at the Hollywood Bowl. This time it's with the star-studded cast of Mama Mia. You guys are rocking and rolling in there. Amazing. You have like a day to do it. Yeah, about a day and a half. An hour and a half. Yeah. Her Disney roots prepare you really well for this. Tell me about the phone call. They said, come and do it, or you wanted to do it?

Yeah, you know, I, um, I was in New York, I think doing press for Descendants 2, really early on. Um, and they said that Kathleen wanted to offer me the role of Sophie and I love Kathleen. I love Kathleen. I met with her a little bit after Hair Spray Live, just to talk and get to know each other. And I can't even describe. She's like this angelic mother theater force. Like she's amazing. She's got a few Tonys under her belt. Just a few.

Just a few. Now, what's going to, what's it going to take to bring you to Broadway? I mean, you're there already. You've, you've done everything that leads up to Broadway. This is almost like Broadway. Now, she's smiling. That means you know something.

No. She's putting me on the spot. Um, no, I would love to do Broadway. I mean, musical theater is it's my roots and I have a lot of friends in that world because it really is, it's its own world. Um, and so you can't really show up in Hollywood and expect Broadway to be calling. You know what I mean? It's like you have to earn your stripes. What, what it's going to take is, is not much. It's just a question of scheduling and making sense of the timing. You know, because this we are squeezing Mama Mia in very thinly between, you know. So this is the kind of thing that makes a lot of sense right now, but it would we would have to maybe plan it for a while.

I say we get our calendars out. Let's make a plan. Now, Descendants 2 just came out. You're busy. If all of the fans that watched that came to the Hollywood Bowl, we'd need like 10,000 weekends, really.

I would do it for 10,000 weekends. This show is incredible. But yeah, yeah, no, the Descendants fans, I mean, they out did themselves. I mean, they probably sold out the bowl already to come see you.

Oh, that's very sweet.

I hope so. I hope we get some Descendants fans out there. You know, I always want to be like my, my fan base and that fan base is so important to me. I always want to be giving them things to sort of chew on.

Now that I have you in front of me, I want to chew on you singing a song. What's your go-to Abba song?

Oh. Uh, oh my gosh. Well, you know my very first song I ever performed for an audience was actually if you change your mind. I'm the first in line. I did some A Cappella thing in Show Choir or something. But my go-to, oh, what's the ear worms one? The ear worm ones? I well, I would say thank you for the music.

I liked what you just did first, actually.

Thank you. Well, and then also, does your mother know, is like one of my surprising favorites that like it's feel. I love Abba.

And do you have a go-to Abba move, or was that it?

That probably. Yeah. There's a lot. You could probably plug them in anywhere.
