How do you eat fresh, Dan, shake?

You pay attention to what I do everyday. Working out, diet, eating right. Eat healthy, stay away from carbs and sugar and um, you know, balance is everything.

I've always loved healthy food, especially with gymnastics, so a lot of salads, I guess.

And then I do a lot of Pilates. Um, and cycling. I run a lot. I do a lot of, I try to do like half marathons. Um, I got

Cuz if you don't use it, you lose it. So, right. I use it. You only got one opportunity to take care of your body, so you better do it.

Obviously, the biggest moment in a football player's career, you know that feeling. Do you have a biggest, do you have a moment that stands out to you as the biggest moment in your career when you look back?
