My go-to sandwich, oh man, you put me on the spot. I'm loving the meatball. Anything with avocado, turkey and bacon and avocado is pretty pretty awesome right now.

Flatbread, and I'll probably throw some eggs and some spinach on it with a little maybe some hot sauce.

So how do you eat fresh? I mean, how do you stay healthy? What's your workout regimen?

I think you got to you know, I love spinach. I love broccoli. I love Brussels sprouts. I like lean meats, fish, things like that. We all have our cheat days or a donut in there and things like that, but for the most part, man, you just you know.

Well, you can do the cookies. Some of the cookies are pretty good, too.

They are really good, aren't they? Man, the white macadamia nut.

So where are the two Super Bowl rings? How come you're not wearing them today?

I don't wear them. I would wear it for you if you wanted me to. I would say some, but I got a friend over here to my right that I think he would get kind of upset with me.

You can give me a hint. You can at least tell me what state they're in. I mean.

Uh, they're somewhere in the northeast. Somewhere up there.
