I just presented an award to Lindsey Von for just being awesome. Queen of the slopes, I think it was called. I respect, I mean, all of these athletes so much. They take so much hard work and dedication and it's really incredible what they do.

You guys were performing on the stage, right? How'd that go? You're a little sweaty.

I'm still um it was it was fun. I mean, as you can see, you know, the the sweat is running down. We had a good time. The kids loved it. They were screaming. We they gave us that energy. We gave that energy right back to them.

You are presenting. What is what is the award?

It's the "Altitudey Dude" award. Yeah. So that means like a dude that has altitude.

Exactly. Exactly. And because you got your whole hip hop thing going on. Do you have a hip hop move that you could teach me?

Honestly, if you just like rock back and forth like this, like that?

Exactly. Yes. Exactly. It doesn't work in this. I look like a bell. I'm dinging and donging. You know, obviously this is kids. You know, a lot of kids are excited to see you and all the athletes. Who did you have posters of on your wall when you were a kid?

When I was a kid, I didn't really have any athletes posters on my wall. But I did celebrities. I had Aaron Carter. He was my first crush and No Doubt. Blink-182, Sum 41.

Uh I had a Playboy Bunny poster. It wasn't a model. It was actual the bunny. So, It wasn't that naughty. Wasn't a girl. It wasn't that intense. It was a playboy it was a rabbit. It was just a bunny.

I I love Britney Spears. I was a Britney fan. I loved Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera. You know, I used to love Justin Timberlake back in N-Sync. And for athletes, I mean, Michael Jordan. Michael Jordan. Michael Jordan.

Uh, who you have?

Uh Michael Jordan. Yeah. Michael Jordan. And Michael Jordan. And uh I think Michael Jordan. We call him the GOAT. Greatest of all time.

Oh, man. Um, Madonna. N-Sync. I was a total a TRL bopper.

I had Ultimate Warrior. I had a huge I had a huge poster of him running around the house annoying my mom all day. Uh and cutting promos like him. Load the Spaceship with the Rocket Fuel because the Ultimate Warrior is here.

When I should work on this gentleman and in coming out with this personality. He's very shy, isn't he?

Yeah. Thank you. You know, I I've been I've been getting that my entire life. As a kid, growing up, my mom was like, "Michael, you need to be more talkative." And so I did. And now she's like, "Can you shut up?"

The Remember the show The Osbournes? You have. I had one of those posters up.

With the whole family? The Osbournes?

Yeah, it was all imposing with each other. And then Ozzy. Sharon. You didn't drop an F-bomb. Cuz you we're around little kids.

I can I I've literally caught myself from swearing like 18 times today.

Really?

I do that all the time around kids. I almost threw a basketball on a girl, a little girl. That's her fault. She did it.

That's not okay at all. That's totally not okay. So if you could have any athlete from any sport give you like one day of coaching, like private coaching, who would it be?

David Beckham.

I don't even think I need to ask why.

No, you don't. You really don't. It's kinda obvious.

I'd probably have to be Kobe. The Black Mamba. You can't get better than that, right?

Are you good? Are you good at this?

Um, not as good as Kobe.

I would love to be Shaun White. I think he's innovative and doing crazy stuff that like I would love to be like the innovator of the sport.

What is what do you think of his surfing skills?

Shaun can surf okay. I've surfed with him a couple times. Yeah. And you know what's funny is he he he probably could have went pro at one point. But he I I you can't have it all.

I think I would really connect with Tim Tebow.

What is it about the Tim Tebow magic?

I just like what he believes in. I just like, you know, his character and just who he is. He seems like a really great guy.

Any athlete? Have you ever heard of Michael Jordan? Oh my god.

I think I think Danny Way is a professional skater. He is so technical and and great. Was there anyone Bob Burquist? I don't know. One of those two. Bob Burquist or Danny Way. Cuz they're just insanely technical and complicated. But they make it look so easy. They got the best style ever.

Let's talk about staying in shape, eating fresh. How do you guys what's a tip for Young Hollywood-ers out there?

We are on the road like six to eight months out of the year so we play every day. Sometimes we play twice a day. Definitely cleaning up my diet. No sweets. We do preach to the kids that eat your fruits and vegetables. And you know, you may not like it but it's good it's good for you.

If you if you're looking to uh to get, you know, that that bikini body that a woman would want, I always recommend, you know, look at a body that you like and maybe put it on like a a poster up on the wall and say, "Hey, I'm gonna have that body." And every day it's motivation. When you wake up, you look at that and you go, "I'm gonna do something today that's gonna get me there." Whether it's running, walking. Uh it could be anything or just, you know, eating less or eating the right foods. It's all it's all, you know, what what you want to do with your life. It's what you're you're the perfect you is.

Stay away from the fried foods. Even though they they taste so good though. They taste so good. Why are they so good?

I don't know. I don't know why they're so good. But I know they're so bad.
