How do you eat fresh, stay in shape?

Uh, well, I have a chef so and she's amazing. Sometimes it gets kind of redundant and not really good, but it's good for my body and I'm in my tenth year now so it's paying off for me.

I run a lot. That's a Yeah. Yeah. I run a lot.

You know, I definitely eat well. I try to give up fast food. That's one of my advice for kids, too. Try to try your best not to eat a lot of fast food.

You make it a habit of eating healthy and it started young.

I think the big key for me, health-wise, is just eating in small portions. Don't overdo it. Don't eat a whole pizza in one sitting.

Eat right, you know, exercise daily, uh, stay in shape, you know, just do all the things that are required for your job.

Um, I always carry almond butter with me, a full supply of almond butter, and I eat avocados for pretty much every meal.

Who do you guys think has the most swag?

Okay. I don't know. Coy's not here right now, but if Coy if Coy was here, I would vote Coy.

Coy.

Why? He's got so much swag. He's just so confident and like how he carries himself.

I think that um, Russell Wilson and Ciara last night, they were killing it.

Yeah.

Well, right now, uh, Stephen Curry has a lot of swag. And honestly, I think his daughter should be crowned queen because she is flawless.

Russell. I think he's going to do amazing. He's got a great personality and, you know, style. He's dating Ciara, so it's cool.

I think we Oh, no, who has the best swag? Uh, I think we should all vote for me.

Honestly, I feel you right now. I'm feeling the swag.

Oh my god. Do do the squat, squat. Yes, squat. Squat.

Cristiano Ronaldo. I mean, he's hot. He's an amazing player.

Well, um, I think Russell Wilson has proved I've been in rehearsals with him for the past few days for the show, and he's definitely got some swag.

One of the awards tonight is the Don't Try This at Home award. What do you best like to do when you're not playing football and you're at home?

Play video games.

I put my kitchen supplies in my pool. No.

Nice. I love that one. Yes!

Yeah, don't do that kids.

Have you heard of the new Segways, the handleless Segways? Yes. Me and a lot of my friends, we have about like eighty of them in our house and we race throughout the house, and it's a chaos. I mean, you should definitely try this. Um, but I like to meditate, and I do yoga every single day.

Parkour.

You know, I enjoy whenever I can sit at home and watch a game after I'm done playing, I enjoy watching them all.

I'm usually dancing, which is kind of my sport.

I like to create things like draw. I also like to do gymnastics.

This is going to sound ridiculous, but I like to make companies at home. Yeah. That's I'm I'm like a mini entrepreneur.

Down the line quickly, your favorite athlete.

Oh, somebody from the Lakers, I'm guessing.

I can never pick a favorite athlete because I admire twenty different people for twenty different things.

Adrian Peterson.

Roger Federer has always been a big inspiration to me. He's an amazing athlete, obviously, but off the court is what most inspires me about him. He's so humble and down to earth and always kind, always signs as many autographs as he can, and it's just no one does that these days.

Steph Curry. How could you not love his story?

I think right now Steph Curry is awesome, and, you know, he was right behind me on the carpet. So I was like, kind of looked over my shoulder. He's I definitely watched him this season, he's been awesome.

Now, where's the Super Bowl ring, Mr. Patriot? Where is the Super Bowl ring? No, you gotta keep those up. I gotta put it up in a vault somewhere. So, you know, I, I lose my keys a lot sometimes. So, you know, I don't wanna lose that. You know, that's priceless.

I love that we got the USA champ behind us, too. One of the other categories is sickest moves. Do you have a signature dance move?

I don't I don't think so. I just whatever comes to mind, I'm gonna do it. So,

I have some pretty sick moves. I think my sister beats me on that. She's like, you know, younger and cooler. But I can hold my own. We're we're pretty good on the dance floor together. We can back it up a little bit.
