Naked. Naked on the cover of a magazine. You've done a lot in your life. What made you say yes to this?
I mean, you see in the past and you're like, it's pretty cool. Let's try it. I mean, never know if you get the opportunity again, so.
And when you got the call? Was it an immediate yes or you had to ponder and say, whoa, I don't know. Oh, and by the way, we're going to put you on the cover.
I mean, when they called, I thought about it, you know, and then I asked Gronk about it, I had, you know, and some of the guys that have been on it. Yeah. And I remember asking them in the past, and he's like, ah, you know, it's not that bad. So, I was like, screw it, let's do it. Yeah.
Yeah. So, talk about the season. Your fondest memory. It could be a play too.
When James White scored the touchdown to make us win in overtime. I would say that's probably the the best memory because even though I didn't know if we won because we they had to review it or something, I like I was telling people get off the field, this, that. But, you know, to overcome what we had to overcome, you know, the fellas with the guys and to to take the lead and win the game. The last game of the year, I mean, that's pretty epic.
So, you're talking about the guys, I can only imagine you hanging out with the guys, I know on the field. Tell me about Julian off the field. What are you like, what are you doing? Give me a day in life.
You know, I've been busy this offseason with training. You know, you got to get back in the shape. You got to stay in shape. And you have a bunch of off-the-field stuff that you do with endorsement wise and all that stuff. Then I got a little girl that seven months. So I've been hanging out with her and you know, spending time with her and watching her grow and you're getting to see a little creature that looks like you. Oh, yeah. Experience something for the first time. Yeah. You know, like looking at a planner, it's like it's pretty it's awesome.
I have a 19-month-old, so I Exactly. It's every moment. And right now she's crawling everywhere and standing up and like you're seeing a little personality. It's it's a fun experience. Are you on diaper duty? Let's get down to it.
I mean, I'll change a diaper. I'm not scared. I'm not scared of change ever. Lily hates getting her diaper changed. I don't know why. She like literally will roll over. You have to like you have almost have to like convince her and hypnotize her with her like some toy and like let her like gently like it. And then like you got to sneak in, you know, front to back for the girls. You know, all the rest, you know.
I have a boy. It's different. It's like completely different.
It's night and day, yeah. Yeah. But, you know, you got to go front to back. Front to back for the little ones.
And best part of being a dad?
I think it's just kind of seeing something that, uh, you know, that that's that's a piece of you now. Yeah. You know, that's that's the next stage. You know, there's parents, and then you got your Like that's the next Edelman. Cheers.
