As far as eating habits, man. What do you do to stay fresh?

I just try to stay away from the fried stuff. Try to keep my my regiment just like I was in season, you know what I'm saying? So I never act like I'm out of season. Keep the same food. Of course, I always try to get some sort of exercise in at least, you know, six days of the week, um, and eat overall pretty healthy. Lots of protein and fruits and vegetables and things like that. The main thing is just gettin' that conditioning in. I've been swimmin' a lot. Just tryna eat right, you know, tryna not to eat too much, you know, too much crap.
