Of course. It's been sold out for like over a month, I think. It's exciting. Every year it gets bigger and bigger. It's great.

There is absolutely no definition of that. Bobby wins sometimes with crunchy pie. Beat spot has won several times, sometimes with salami. Tonight, he's bringing back his pastrami. It's a burger with pastrami in it. So you never know.

We're in Miami, one of the coolest places in the country. Give me some highlights that you love about the city.

Um, well, the weather. It's really hard to beat the weather. Every year, this is really fun. It's like spring break for chefs. Since '94, what's happened in 10 years is shocking. I mean, the curve has gone like straight up. The people, the vibe, uh, the booth is so eclectic. Uh, I just love it. So there's all this real excitement about coming in and it's because the people here love fun. They give you a second chance. You can do whatever you want here. You can do completely different from New York. As long as you come here with an open mind and do your best, they will love it.
