What's up? So how special is it to see your friends open up this store tonight?

It's nothing better. It's nothing better. This is beautiful right here, man. I feel so happy for them.

You also are big into style, big into fashion. You have your own line. What inspires you when it comes to style?

Life and purpose. Yeah, yeah.

Do you have a styling tip to share with everybody?

Keep it clean.

I gotta say you are always, always styling.

What would you call your personal style?

It's just mine, whatever I feel like, you know. It's me being comfortable with myself. But learning myself over the years of just like trying different things and, you know, not scared to try stuff. You know.

What's the biggest fashion mistake you think you've ever committed?

I don't know if I, 'cause you know, you know, a lot of the stuff that I did was like, you know, like with the criss-cross backwards jeans and everything like I don't, a lot of stuff people might have thought was like dangerous for them, worked for me so.

You somehow just make it work.

It's to make it work.

So what brings you out tonight? You're a very stylish woman.

This amazing store. It's a very stylish store, so I had to make sure I came out and supported.

Well, you walk the red carpets. You know what it takes to look like this. Do you have a styling tip for everyone at home?

Make sure you stay true to your own style. That is most important 'cause that's what's gonna take you to the next level. If you keep following these trends, and it's gonna keep you to a dead end. So I would just say, do you and it'll just all work out.

And how much damage to your credit card are you going to be doing tonight?

Oh, I will buy it all. I love everything here. It's amazing.

Can we get you to twirl for us real quick?

I'm with April and Arell, owners of The Wardrobe Department. Well, congratulations, ladies.

Thank you. We've been styling for 20 years, so in between getting the store together, we were actually working with our clients. So we wanted to create a space where they could come, they could do fittings, they could shop while they're here in a comfortable environment. We wanted to make it really sexy. So not only do we style the racks, so you can't go wrong if you shop the rack because everything goes together. But then we're also there to say, "Oh, no, you need to do like this."

Tell me how you went about curating for the store.

We bought everything that we like. It's like our uniform. So we wear this stuff every day and we put it on our clients and it's like highs and lows and mix and match. So it was easy when we went to shop.

You talk the talk, you rock the walk, right? You've worked with some of the biggest names in music. What's the number one thing, the number one styling tip that you can share with everybody, as style insiders, as celebrity stylists?

It has a lot to do with being confident in what you wear. So whatever you put on, like you wear the clothes, don't let the clothes wear you.
