“Linkin Park have always been huge Transformers fans,” the movie’s director Michael Bay said at a news conference a few hours before the show. “They do very ‘movie-esque’ kind of music. We’ve had a good run – their tracks for the first two movies ["What I've Done" and "New Divide"] became number one hits, and their song for this movie fit in perfectly.”
And the movie is fit for 3D. Unlike many movies where the movie doesn’t have to be seen in 3D, each shot was created to bring the audience into the action. And with any Michael Bay film, there will be plenty of action in the last of the Transformers trilogy.
To keep the number of attendees under control, free tickets could be won through the FM station Energy, or Maxim. Russians were known to be a pretty energetic fan crowd, having previously made signs welcoming them to their country.
