As I mentioned in my last blog, I was able to perform three DJ sets in Austin during SXSW.  First was The Runaways screening after-party at Moonshine. Yes"¦Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning showed up!  Even funnier is that Perez Hilton followed.  Ha!  I did a slightly more rock-infused set then usual and everyone approved as they rocked the night away.  Speaking of rock, check out the amazing leggings I wore that night by Michelle Siwy (above).  Fashion 411 "" leggings are here to stay!  Don't be afraid to get a little funky and truly express yourself.  I, of course, had to pair up the sequin leggings with my new Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner from Urban Decay.  A perfect match!

My second DJ gig in Austin was at The Carrera Escape at The Cedar Door.  I did a two-hour set and was able to watch an acoustic set by Carney as I mingled.  I did snag a couple pairs of Carrera sunglasses, which I adore.  The new colors and shapes are amazing and a must have this summer.  Check "˜em out at CarerraWorld.com.

Lastly I performed at The Alliance Showcase.  I changed things up a little and sang a handful of tracks during the set.  I mixed in some of my new solo stuff with some old school Boomkat hits.  A great early morning set.

SXSW is full of thousands of amazing artists, it's hard to choose where to go or who to see sometimes. I did manage to catch a couple of my favorite performers "" HOLE at the SPIN Party, Passion Pit, Steve Aoki, and Miike Snow.  The PureVolume House and Levi's Fader Fort were crazy.  Loved it!
