Rock and Fashion Collide to Debut New Lyric Culture Line

Last night (August 10), Hollywood's elite flocked to a familiar spot already a favorite with the rich and famous for an altogether unique event.

Fred Segal Santa Monica played host to a killer live outdoor performance by the super-fierce Semi Precious Weapons and a fashion show to kick off Lyric Culture's "Nude Collection" line of women's clothing and jewelry. Lead singer Justin Tranter's off-color theatrics didn't disappoint, we are told. We can only guess that being on tour with Lady Gaga for the last nine months has only added to SPW's already wicked A-game...

Meanwhile, inside the boutique, event-goers got to peruse the new Lyric Culture line, inspired by the "filthy glamour" look that Justin Tranter pulls off so elegantly. Tranter himself showed off some pieces from his own jewelry line (the name of which we can't repeat here, being a family site and all"¦). Guests were treated to yummy offerings from the latest L.A. hotspot, Umami Burger, and washed them down with Krol vodka cocktails. Sounds like a pretty tasty evening all around!

Famous faces spotted eyeing the Nude line and getting their freak on to SPW included Sophie Monk, Sasha Grey, Bai Ling, and the cast of "Hard Times of RJ Berger." Like the collection and the band, a very eccentric and unique crowd!
