E's latest reality show about a tanning salon so hot it claims to give its customers control of the sun, rose to number one on the channel this summer with the bronzing boutique's bubbly blond receptionists running the show.Holly Huddleston and Molly Shea rose to reality stardom through the regular path"a photoshoot here, a stint as a playboy painted girl there. Their looks got them noticed, but it was their personality that put them at the front desk of Sunset Tan.Huddleston, who began as a promotions model for the salon, claimed the Olly Girls' Paris and Nicole meets Vaudeville act was a no-brainer focus point for the show. "We met J. James from E and he was like, 'They have to be on it!' and so we started working in the salon and once we did that then we started to be on the show," Holly said in an interview with Star Media.Sunset Tan's premiere featured a custom airbrush for their top client, Britney Spears, during the media frenzy surrounding her divorce and mental breakdown. Undoubtedbly some of her spotlight shone on the shop's little show. Tabloids everywhere ate-up footage of the ditzy southern showing off her unmanicured, swollen toes, instantly creating press attention and an audience for the series. But its success past the first episode can be attributed to the mischevious hijinks of Holly and Molly, who got laughs and made cherishable tv moments spray tanning a dead guy or flirting with Chris Kattan with the misses tucked away in a high-pressure booth. There is more to come of the Olly's and Sunset Tan. Who knows what the girls will do next, but they are a welcome reminder that blondes have more fun and LA is the best playground to do so. Hopefully the attention won't go to their heads, it may be a dangerous mix with all that peroxide
