After conquering Europe under the banner Happy Clothes for Happy People, Moods of Norway is now invading the U.S. The Norwegian inspired men's and women's collection known for its elaborate prints opened its first U.S. flagship store in Beverly Hills. If you are of Norwegian decent, the store will feel like home. Resembling a Scandinavian cottage, one side of the store is littered with waffle pans and skis, and the other boasts a row of outhouse-looking changing rooms. Shirt sleeves are embroidered with the number of registered tractors in Norway, while suit tags read "Made in Europe by Really, Really Pretty Blonde Girls." Either its the humor on the tags or the youthful-spirit of the clothes that keep stars such as Gwen Stefani, John Legend and Justin Timberlake coming back for more.
