Lea Michele vs. Amber Riley: "Glee" Rivals?

Is McKinley High big enough for two divas? Lea Michele didn't think so.

There was one cast mate she was certain she'd go toe-to-toe with: Amber Riley.

"We're both big personalities," she says in the September issue of Glamour (on stands the 8th). "You definitely would think we'd bump heads."

You mean to tell me there's competition in Hollywood?!? (/end sarcasm)

As art often reflects life -- and vice versa -- there were no dramatic showdowns or hair-pulling. Their big personalities and big voices blended perfectly, on screen and off.

"[Amber] has taught me more about myself than anyone," Lea adds. "She inspires me, she protects me, she makes me laugh; she tells me not to take myself so seriously. She's my Mama Amber."

It's not always about getting the solo. In real life, there's so much more than being THE star. As "Glee" has become a stronger ensemble, Lea has embraced the expanding cast like they're all one of her own. "They are my family, honestly," she gushes.

When she's not filming or hitting the red carpet, her ideal night in includes a "Scary movie, pizza, being at home, maybe having a great bottle of wine," she says.

You won't find her out after-hours partying. "I love being healthy," Lea reveals. "I get a lot of sleep. I'm a girl who eats. And I feel beautiful no matter how I look. I have my family to thank for that."
