With a Scottish accent, svelte physique, amazing looks and a charming demeanor, it's no wonder Kevin McKidd was a joint star of the hit HBO series Rome. Playing Lucius Vorenus, McKidd showed Hollywood that not just any man can portray a character struggling with the crushing guilt of his wife's death, all while wearing the fabulous threads of a man skirt'. Of course this handsome actor's career didn't just begin with his vigorous fighting skills.

From first appearing in Kingdom of Heaven in 2002 McKidd opted for a new role in 2007 in the Silence of the Lambs prequel Hannibal Rising. While being every girl's Hollywood crush, it looks like that's all Kevin will ever be, sorry ladies. McKidd's married to his beautiful, adoring wife, Jane and has two children Joseph; 7 and Iona; 5, who are all currently living in Bedford, England.

Coming up right around the corner, Kevin will star in a science-fiction television series Journeyman on NBC, this fall. Playing daddy, husband and Spartan warrior, Kevin McKidd has truly made a name for himself. Watch out Hollywood, this is only the beginning.
