Josh Duhamel Narrates G4 Series "Bomb Patrol: Afghanistan" (Watch Exclusive Clip!)

G4’s new exciting docu-series, “Bomb Patrol: Afghanistan” follows the lives of the US Navy’s Explosive Ordinance Disposal eight-man team in Afghanistan. The series gives the public an intimate look at the many dangers the EOD unit must go through, and the danger is high and constant seeing that their main objective is to disarm deadly weapons, which ranges from Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) to Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD).

Actor Josh Duhamel is the narrator of the 10-episode series that follows Platoon 342 during their five month tour in Afghanistan. With over 15 cameras, including helmet and body mounted ones, “Bomb Patrol” captures many nerve-wrecking moments as well as some light-hearted, funny moments between the highly skilled soldiers. The program makes you appreciate what our soldiers do and become more aware of the constant stress they have to handle.

We have an exclusive clip (below) where Platoon leader, 44-year old John Groat, is advising rookie, 23-year old Chase Holzhauser on how to navigate a robot around a planted bomb. The clip perfectly encapsulates how quickly the mood can change on the high risk job:
