I always hit the A.P.C store in SoHo to check out some new gear. I don't get much time to shop so when I am on"¨the road I squeeze it in as much as possible. A.P.C always has what I'm looking for and always bangs out my credit card for more than it should.
Caught a dope wall with a DJ Hero add and had to take a quick second to soak it in and realize this DJ thing is bigger than ever right now.  "¨We got everyone and their moms trying to DJ now. Can't complain, just gotta keep the skills up to par! Long live the legends!

DJ M.O.S opened up for me at Greenhouse and had the crowd going nuts! I still "¨to this day get nervous at some of the spots I DJ at. This happened to be one of those nights. New York is up on it's music and I knew I had to be on point and come with it!.
Once I got going the energy was out of control in that room. NYC was at its best and so were the shots of Patron that filled the booth that night with DJ D-Nice and Busta Rhymes in the house!
After a rough wake up call I was off to Miami to do it all over again. I went straight to The Fontainebleau Hotel to catch up on some ZZzzz's"¨and then headed over to Joe's Stone Crab for some seafood.  Right before I "¨headed over to LIV nightclub I got word that N.E.R.D. was doing a special "¨live performance before I went on. Not a bad call to get!!
N.E.R.D. rocked it and set me up with a crowd that was ready to party "¨all night. As much as I DJ in Miami it still gets me excited when I step up to the turntables in that city. South Beach has a vibe like no other city in the US. It's just straight up SEXY!!
LIV went all the way till 5am! As you can imagine I had no reason to complain... the crowd was great and the drinks were tasty! Lenny Kravitz was in the house as well as all the DJ's that come to hang with me. DJ Ruckus opened up the night and stayed until the lights went up. It's always a good feeling when you are able to DJ and entertain other DJ's. A lot of us have to play the same songs each and every night so it gets tough to hang in clubs all night.
Before leaving I grabbed a bite at David's Café, my favorite late night spot in South Beach, and was off"¨to the city of SIN for my Saturday night residency at TAO Las Vegas. This place is a landmark in the Las Vegas nightlife scene. From girls half-naked in bathtubs to snow falling from the ceiling of the dance floor, you get it all inside this mega club."¨ I get on the tables at exactly 12:30 every Saturday night and the"¨crowd is already at a 10 and ready to take it to the top!"¨ I DJ'd till 5am and people "¨were still on the dance floor not wanting to leave!

Well all my party people, that's just a little taste of what my average week looks like. I travel, sleep, DJ, eat...then do it all over again and again. I have been doing this for over 18 years now and it still doesn't feel like I'm at work. I feel like I'm in a dream that never ends and it "¨never will. I love what I do and I do what I love. So next time you're on the dance floor and someone is DJ'n, give them a lil love with a "¨thumbs up or a smile...you never know how many hours of sleep we are on or if we have even had a decent meal that day...we do it for YOU "¨and for the love of MUSIC. And if I'm asleep in an airport please don't wake me, I need the rest...seriously!
