Amanda Bynes, the attractive, successful and hilarious actress/clothing designer is a force to be reckoned with.† At 13 years-old she had her own show on Nickelodeon; The Amanda Show, which was a sketch comedy that left her pre-teen audience and their parents in tears. From there she starred on the television series What I Like About You and in films like She's the Man and Hairspray which won eight Tony Awards.† Amanda was headed for stardom at a young age. Her father was a dentist and part-time comedian.

In her early years she spent time making people laugh with her father in Thousand Oaks, California; she auditioned for Nickelodeon and her career took off before she was sixteen!

Now she's starring in the film Sydney White, a comedic spin-off, loosely tied to the classic Disney tale Snow White. In it Amanda plays a college freshman who develops a rivalry against the sorority her mother once ruled. She bands with seven socially inept males in a revolution against the snobby sorority sisters.

The down-to-earth star said she didn't have to dig far to get in touch with her geeky side. Amanda Bynes tell fans on TRL I really do feel dorky and I've accepted it.ù She also dishes about her attraction to really smart guys who are more nerdy than metro. She admits to Sun-Times, "It's like being the hot girl at the high school party. I was never that girl. I grew up with terrible acne and feeling insecure. I was tall and skinny. I didn't feel pretty at all, and guys didn't even like me. That's why I got into comedy.ù It's hard to believe that this bright-eyed beauty had any trouble turning heads.

Amanda has an extensive resume and is said to be very mature in comparison to the average 21 year-old.† We all know the Hollywood stars that are unable to handle the success and their lives spiral out of control as a result. Not this comedy queen.† Named one of the top 25 Hottest Stars Under 25 by People magazine, she attributes her success to being relatable to teens who aren't in the itù crowd. † From sketch-comedy to film Amanda Bynes sees no limit to what she can do.

She launched a clothing line Dear for Steve and Barry's, in August 2007. The collection is said to have pizzazz with unique pieces that are fun. I guess we'll have to add stylish to her list of qualities. Nothing is slowing down this driven hottie. Who knows what this starlet will try next?
