Carmen Electra also made an appearance at Thursday's AFEX event, which in the past has featured DJ Adam12, Samantha Ronson, and D-Nice. While Afex is best known as an "in-the-know" Thursday night collective of amazing DJ performances by both big names and small "" and not heavily promoted to the SBE mega-nightclub crowd - it regularly attracts big names looking to fly under the radar. Last night was no exception.  DJ Z-Trip (originator of the mash-up  in 1999 and key mixmaster for the "DJ Hero" video game) rounded out the boldface names amongst the non-boldfacers with jobs to show up for on Friday morning.
