About Last Night: Adrien Brody's "Motley Crew" at the Kari Feinstein Style Lounge

A-lister Adrien Brody, who has his own movie premiering this weekend, Splice, hit the A-Team red carpet to "top-up" his press the night before both movies open today. Earlier in the day, Brody surprised by rolling in to Le Montage Beverly Hills hotel for Kari Feinstein's Style Lounge, the top pre-MTV Movie Awards gifting suite -- as one of an unlikely trio of musketeers.

Brody arrived with Simon Rex (a.k.a. "Dirt Nasty") and former MTV2 funny-guy Andy Milonakis. (Disclosure: I helped Kari host some talent at this event as it's the best in class for this type of thing "" where Oscar Winners go to gift.)

"We're a motley crew, aren't we?" Brody told Rex and Milonakis (who both had a bit of bed head at 2:15PM), as they slinked in without wristbands or checking in to the terrace overlooking Beverly Hills. Milonakis kept explaining away his frumpled double tee-shirt look: "We were out late last night and I haven't been home yet." Unclear if Brody had been out with them, but if so, he hid it like a pro under a black fedora.

The Montage was celebrity ground zero on Thursday afternoon. My unofficial "Paparazzi Count" waiting outside on Canon Drive? Four still photographers and no video. Some of them must have been nearby at the Beverly Wilshire, where the Celtics were boarding their team bus to head to Staples Center.

Inside, "the motley crew" met up with Debra Messing, E!'s Giuliana Depandi Rancic, and the confident Nicky Hilton, who rolled solo all day.

A celebrity spun the music "" Chris Masterson "" as some of the brands gifting to celebs where celebs themselves. Kim Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan jumped in to work with Brittny and Lisa Gastineau at their Tres Glam jewelry gifting station, a moment that "Extra" jumped on. (See photo below.)

Lohan emerged from her substance-free hiding spot to go shopping with Superdry clothing and rock some new headgear - Vmoda headphones. (Brody slipped them on around his fedora.) Meanwhile Samantha Harris ("The Insider") learned how to use a new stroller from Britax as Jennifer Love Hewitt went gifting for her dog, bringing home Cesar Canine Cuisine.

A delegation from "Entourage " - Kevin Dillon, Emmanuelle Chriqui, and one of the producers "" blazed in wearing "work clothes" with Dania Ramirez ("Heroes"). Either Ramirez will be on the show this season or was a random "add-on". Either way, they made it a drive-by appearance and headed right for the Mitchell & Ness retro gear to prep for the Lakers game later in the night. With "Entourage" returning in a few weeks, the group looked like they came from some type of press junket for the show.

As they prepare to move on from "The Hills," Kristin Cavallari and Ryan Cabrera got travel advice concierge services from All-Star Travel and free stays at the Sedona Rouge Hotel. On the hot June afternoon, were three spots for the lucky invitees to cool down with frozen calories: Yogen Fruz, Happy Joy Sticks, and Sweet Lucie's Ice Cream.

Look for those calories to be shed before Sunday night's MTV Movie Awards.
