Black Eyed Peas star will.i.am has paid an emotional visit to sites devastated by Japan's earthquake and tsunami disaster earlier this year (11).
The rapper performed at a fundraiser for relief efforts earlier this week (begs12Dec11), and he took time out from his busy schedule to visit areas badly affected by March's double disaster.
He uploaded several photos of his trip to his Twitter.com page and told his followers, "People are still rebuilding their lives from the devastation."
In a post alongside a snap of a damaged building, he writes, "School destroyed by tsunami in japan. On march 9th this school was filled with kids learning and excited about life."
