Vanessa Hudgens is suing her former manager after he allegedly broke the terms of a previous legal settlement.

The High School Musical star avoided a courtroom battle with Viera in May (09) by paying him off in a court-approved deal after he first filed a $5 million lawsuit against her.Vierra first alleged Hudgens had failed to honour a contract entitling him to share equally in her potential success before she went on to find fame in the hit Disney film in 2006.Now Hudgens has accused Vierra of breaching their agreement in a new lawsuit filed at Los Angeles' County Superior Court.The actress alleges her ex-employee altered his MySpace.com webpage to appear as though he still represents her.Hudgens is seeking to reclaim the money she paid in the settlement, reports TMZ.com.
