The Simpsons star Matt Groening sued by former nanny

The Simpsons creator Matt Groening's former nanny is suing the animator for wrongful termination, accusing her ex-boss of treating her like an animal.

Tania Cardona claims Groening and his Argentinian wife Agustina rarely appreciated the work she did for them and insisted she and the couple's other Hispanic employees ate at a small table next to a trash can in the laundry room, according to TMZ.com.

Cardona also accuses Groening of criticizing her poor English.

She is requesting millions in damages.

Groening's lawyer tells TMZ.com he has yet to see the lawsuit.
