The Jonas Brothers are putting down roots close to their New Jersey hometown - they are in talks to buy a $10 million mansion near their parents.

Brothers Kevin, 21, Joe, 19, and Nick, 16, are negotiating on a property in Alpine, New Jersey, reports the New York Post.The 8,000-square-foot home boasts five-bedrooms and is just 20 minutes away from their hometown of Wyckoff.
