Ryan Phillippe is sporting a cast on his left foot after reportedly suffering a stress fracture during a workout.

The star was seen wearing a walking cast on Thursday night (17Dec09) after allegedly sustaining an injury during an exercise session.

Phillippe suffered a stress fracture after running barefoot on his treadmill, according to TMZ.com.
