Natalie Portman's fiance has founded an edgy new dance troupe which will perform at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles.
Benjamin Millepied quit the New York City Ballet earlier this year (11) to concentrate on choreography and directing.
His L.A. Dance Project will launch next year (12).
In an exclusive interview with the Los Angeles Times, Millepied
said he is not creating a traditional company but rather an "art
collective" with longtime friends and associates, including
composer Nico Muhly.
